   Sunday menu is a hit. Absolutely wonderful dinner from start to finish. Don't skip the Baby Gem Salad. Fantastic!

   We went there specifically to try the vegan salmon. Salmon was good but could be more moist as it was a bit on the dry side. There were four of us and we had drinks, appetizers, main courses and desserts. I would say the food was okay - not impressive. Our table was by the door and the wait for the food took a while. The hostess stood behind me and had full conversations so it was like people chirping behind my ear and our table was butt up next to the bar so I was hearing bar conversations as well. We drove 1.5hrs to try this restaurant out. Pretty loud setting in terms of atmosphere. I'm a fan of tipping big if the service is great but we did not get good service. We spent $354 for four people before tip and got less service than the table for two beside us who got served quickly after sitting down a full 45 mins after us. They got their food faster too. Our bread came last so we couldn't even dip it. Our plates piled up and no one came to clear our table until we piled them up. Water was a bit of a wait as well and our cups weren't refilled. We're not vegan but I have a a vegan son so as a family, I like to seek out good vegan restaurants. Our favourite was IL Vegano but it closed after opening for only 5-6 months. Will not be returning.

   Absolutely lovely experience. Our server and all other staff that we interacted with were friendly and kind. The food was incredible and I will definitely be going back! Highly recommend!!

   Food and atmosphere were amazing and very sophisticated! Probably the best vegetarian meal I’ve ever had!

   Fabulous restaurant for everyone - bonus for us that they serve vegan since my son visiting from out of town is vegan. Casually elegant. Excellent service. Young vibe. Great food. Michelin recommended for good reason.

   The server Matt was awesome! We didn’t have a full dinner and that was no issue, he recommended drinks and appetizers and was super friendly. Attentive but not over bearing. GIA is a great spot to go for a nice dinner or cocktails and apps!

   Incredible food with such a cozy atmosphere! I definitely recommend giving Gia a try - they have some of the best vegetarian food in the city!

   Amazing food and service! I had a hard time spotting out vegan options because of low light and small font on the menu but our server made it easy to figure out what we should order.

   Last night’s dining experience was exceptional. Gia is one of our favorites and the menu items are always innovative and delicious. Food, service and ambiance were outstanding. Thank you. I highly recommend Gia. Looking forward to dining again in the future.
