Gia is a 19th century modern restaurant, featuring a variety of unique spaces. The main dining room is a vibrant space with high top tables cozied between the Drinking bar and Chef’s bar. The Library and Parlor are tucked away in the back corners of the restaurant. The Parlor is our largest space. It is perfect for events up to 40 guests.The Lounge is a unique space with comfortable seating and a private bar can host a private dinner for 20.

We offer our guests a unique menu of small plates that are sautéed or baked in a wood fire oven. We call our dishes "small plates" because we want our guests to try multiple items and share them. We feature a Staples Menu of our “favorites” and our Chef’s Menu with seasonal flavors. We offer a wide variety of libations including an array of wines, craft beers and interpretations of vintage and handcrafted cocktails.

The Lounge is an exclusive space for getting friends or colleagues together for drinks and small plates, up to 20 guests. For larger parties we offer our guests the Parlor. This space is ideal for parties between 25-50 guests depending on your event.

Special events & promotions
Join us on the first Monday of every month for an open forum discussion about wine. In true Gia fashion we will be drinking our wine topic! Feel like you don't know much about wine, that's ok! Come drink listen and learn.-- No One and everyone is an expert in our society, all you have to do is be willing to drink and discuss your opinion. Each evening includes 3 to 4 glasses of the topic wines to enjoy and compare during the discussion.

Join us for cocktail adventures of the past present and future. A hands on Mixology class, taught by owner/ mixologist Nino Giaimo, that explores where the "topic" cocktails started, where they are now and what the "topic" libation might become. Nino and Dan knocked it out of the park with their cocktail class. They showed us two terrific Vodka and one Gin based cocktails that were great to taste and will become the standard for many get togethers. Each of these classes have Nino out on the trail of how the original was done and then recreating it. Dan's superior bartender skills compliment Nino and both go out of their way to make certain that all questions are answered. Another of GIA's secrets it a world class chef who pairs food with each creation. Do yourself a favor, get a sitter and book yourself a reservation for a great time at GIA!!!

We have eaten here dozens of times and appreciate the creative menu consisting of small-plates, the extensive wine list and the occasional jazz entertainment. The most recent visit was for a wine tasting, accompanied by a selected meat and cheese plate, hosted in one of the three private rooms off the main dining area. After the tasting, we went into the main area to make a dinner of it. As always, there were surprising new dishes presented by friendly and knowledgable wait staff.

We were at GIA for the Wine, Meat, & Cheese monthly event. Sierra led the group and had done her homework. She presented each wine and the paired meat or cheese smoothly. Gabe was there as well and lended his sommelier expertise to make the wines pedigree very understandable in a great yet conversational manner. Both were responsive to questions and comments. Rosalie was there lending her considerable knowledge and experience. I'm sorry that it was Rosalie's swan song and we will all miss her but wish her the best in her new job.
I suggest that everyone consider the event for an easy learning experience in the wonderful environment that Nino provides for his clients. Top Marks for every part of Wine, Meat, and cheese.

I have been to this restaurant many times before so chose it for my friend's 40th birthday dinner. Unfortunately,after we ordered we waited 40 minutes for our first tapas (one hummus for 4 people) and then 30 more for the next. We were so hungry waiting that I asked for extra bread and veggie sticks with our hummus and then was charged for it! We would never have wanted it if we had not had to wait so long for our food. Also, we ordered ratatouille, which is really meant to be eaten with a protein or something else, and it came to the table alone. There was a HUGE table next to ours so I don't know if that is why the timing and service was so bad, but I was embarrassed to have planned the dinner there because it was expensive for all of the guests and their experience had really not been positive.

Gia remains one of our favorites - from sitting at the bar for Sunday brunch, to the romantic book nooks at the front for date night, or the dramatic library to catch up with friends, we love the food and atmosphere.

The staff at Gia's is fabulous. We go there frequently and gotten to know the owners, servers, and bartenders. Love the specialty cocktails and flatbreads.
Music is a nice addition on Saturday nights. The singers last week were amazing.

I took my husband out during the week to celebrate his birthday and we had the best time at GIA. It was our first time and the food was delicious. The customer service was awesome. We were seated in a great private and cozy spot, that was perfect for our occasion. Loved the ambiance and live music. My husband was so surprised and impressed, (as was I ;)). He felt really special. I'm so glad we came. I have already recommended the place to a friend, and would love to try their Sunday brunch. We moved to GSO from NYC and this has been the best local experience by far. Thanks again!
