   They allowed me to substitute my side and that was great. At times they don’t and it’s disappointing as my kids and I mostly prefer meat and starch. I’d prefer substitutions to me allowable. Sometimes we skip over GIA for this reason.

   The Octopus might have been the best I have ever had. While it’s essentially in a strip mall it’s the top level so the view is pretty. We sat in a side room so it was quite and private. The main dining room had more ambiance. We asked to have the ribeye prepared in the manner of the tenderloin and they obliged. The steak was very tender. We also got a pizza and the crust was tasty. Will definitely go again!

   We had a special experience with great interpretations on traditional favorites. The seasoning was extraordinary and the drinks were sublime. We loved the seating options and felt like we were favorite local guests.

   Busy day but they ran out of several menu items. French press coffee was served lukewarm, chicken sandwich was way over cooked. Served different entrees at different times. Nice place, nice people and usually good food but they seemed way over the heads that day.

   Sunday brunch menu is unique and appealing. We were a party of six and everyone was very pleased with their food. Our server was new, but very polite, kind and accommodating. If you appreciate what the local restaurants have to offer you will enjoy Gia's eclectic vibe. Great choice for Mother's Day!

    Cocktails and atmosphere were great. However that was it. Out side plates came out first and were taken away before we finished. Two main dishes came out then the other two came 20 minutes later. My chicken dish tasted awful and the coconut risotto was tasteless. I sent my food back and ordered spinach flatbread. It was soggy and tasteless. I’m not a one to ever complain about or return good but this was definitely a time it needed to happen. Very disappointed

    We were there for dinner on a Sunday (during the market), apparently they are not normally open on Sundays. They were out of most of the dinner options and the steak I was served was WAY overcooked. Additionally, they failed to get my new steak to the table before everyone else finished their meals. One of us ordered the filet and it was served pre-cut. It also sat on the pass just long enough to get that old meat look. He also reported that he felt very sick after he ate, so I guess I’m lucky I never got my dinner.

    Excellent food and service! We had the margherita flatbrad and ravioli for appetizers, the roasted trout for the entree, and limoncello cake for dessert. They were all delicious. The servers were extremely nice and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience.

    This was my first time eating there and I was in a party of 3, including myself. We all loved the restaurant and basically had the room to ourselves since it was early when we got there. The food was wonderful and our server, Kary, was the best. We would definitely go back again!!

    We have been going to GIA for many years, and now we eat there regularly. The atmosphere is very warm and the staff very professional. The menu is consistently interesting and tasty, and the cocktails are well crafted (we usually dine at the bar). They have an impressive offering of spirits. I highly recommend them!

    The new spring menu is so impressive! One of our favorite octopus dishes to date! The filet and short ribs - absolutely delectable!     My wife and I had a dinner date at GIA. They’re not very accommodating when it comes to dietary restrictions. I asked them to remove a few simple ingredients to my chicken to make it keto friendly. I also asked if I could substitute the rice for some sort of green, and they were unable to do that as it “changed the dish”. Either the waitress didn’t ask the cook to make the changes or they just didn’t care, as my chicken came out anyway covered in a sweet sauce and stuffed with rice. Not wanting to be difficult, I scraped off the sauce and just ate the drumsticks. I know inflation is still an issue but $27 for a chicken entree with no sides is a bit excessive. I doubt we’ll go here again unless they add some other options to the menu or be a bit more accommodating.

    Always love to do our ladies gathering and birthday parties here !! My husband love the food as well so it’s an amazing place to drink and eat and have fun with friends and family I highly recommend this place !
