Gi-Jin is a gin and raw bar that re-imagines the sushi experience where we marry global ingredients with traditional Japanese flavors to create inspired combinations of color, technique, and style.

Our intimate space operates on a reservation-only basis for parties of
no more than FOUR (4) people per table and ONE/TWO per seating at our counter.
Online reservations are always open with real-time availability.
Each reservation seating is designated 2 hours per booking.

We do not allow any outside alcohol. if you have a request for a specific beverage please email info@gijinpgh.com prior to your visit and we will try our best to bring it in!

                                                                          Been here a couple time now, absolutely amazing experience every time! Food, phenomenal. Staff, top notch. Vibes, immaculate. All around amazing experience. Our waitress heather was very friendly and helpful along with the rest of the staff chiming in and giving recommendations. Will be back again soon!

                                                                          Patrick was an excellent bartender and server, he clearly explained the menu and offered suggestions. Old-fashioned was top! Excellent quality sushi and ambience

                                                                          Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! My favorite place to eat at in Pittsburgh, the staff are so great to talk to, and their cocktails are always a 10/10. I really don't have anything bad to say!

                                                                          Absolute best dining experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t know Pittsburgh offered this kind of quality, and it has ruined me for other sushi. The prices are high but so is the quality and unmatched service. Gi Jin is most certainly one not to miss!

                                                                          One of the greatest overall culinary experiences that my date and I have had the privilege to enjoy! Reagan is a great “spirit” guide and presented the various selections of fresh fish, with great descriptions delivered as such, with a flourish that were spectacular which all together made for a wonderful evening! The service and presentation almost outdoes the food. Thank you so much. Felice’

                                                                          I’ve had sushi all over the world. Go-Jiin concept sounded amazing however was a bit disappointed. We tried a variety of items and drinks. It just was missing something. Drinks a bit on the bland side. Not exciting no garnishes sake menu was quite good. Food was lacking. Flavors disappointing. And for the price I expected more.

                                                                          The food was so absolutely delicious! They were most gracious when our 3rd guest was unable to attend. Our waiter, Patrick, was the best! He would make suggestions on the menu that were wonderful. A true professional! He made our evening there one of the best we’ve had in Pittsburgh! Cannot wait to return!

                                                                          Overall a positive experience. The phone menu was definitely the biggest downfall to this place, as everything else is so elevated and it really took away from that. Would’ve loved a warm sake option but apparently they only have cold so that was a minor disappointment. Otherwise - the service was truly wonderful and very welcoming. Fish was buttery fresh and had great flavors and the house made soy sauce really is wonderful.
