I have never been told upon seating that you have 1.5 hour time limit! Absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to walk out immediately, but we ordered chips and queso. Chips completely stale and bendable. This was not our first time here, but definitely the last!

Went with a group of friends and my 2 children they accommodated us very well and kept checking to make sure we were all good.Food was amazing just wish there were some vegetarian options on the menu.Overall great food & service .

The restaurant name is at the entrance of the plaza. But when you get to the plaza to find the location it is marked with a pepper that has a ghost on it. Very creative but could be hard to find. Once inside, it is a fun and festive place to be. We all enjoyed the food from ages 19-62. The margaritas were delicious. I had the flight and the black raspberry was my favorite. The food was very flavorful and presented well. The pineapple salsa was very tasting and the bowls and tacos were scrumptious! Best of all…. It was perfectly priced

The food was delicious, with generous servings. (Enough to take home about half of our meals.) Our drinks were yummy too. The service was exceptional—attentive without being interruptive. We would definitely recommend Ghost Pepper to others.

I like the ambience better in the winter when the garage door is closed and there’s more of the speakeasy vibe, honestly they should keep it like that most summer days as well. The food was great and the margaritas were pretty good but I wish I could’ve ordered some drinks off-menu. It was pretty noisy but I understand it’s a small place and there was a large party there.

The pics were deceiving. It’s just a neighborhood bar with a row of high top tables lined against the wall and red strings of x-mas lights hanging from the ceiling. Drinks were too sweet. Food was good. Waitress didn’t know much about anything. And it looked like the staff was a group of kids you’d find on the playground ~ they looked no older than 15 and acted it too. Disappointing. No photos to share. Not photo worthy.

Thanks for visiting us! We spent a lot of time & money turning our old party room of Suds' to the beautiful tequila/taco bar it is now. Most guests love of our décor, I'm sorry you did not. The garage door open gives a great patio feel, but can take away from the ambiance. Our drinks range from sweet, to tart, to spicy. We will work with our staff to communicate this better to guests. We do have a few teenagers for certain positions & will make sure they keep a better level of professionalism.

Best Tex-Mex since we moved here from Houston. Creative, not standard, and tasty. Quite a list of tequilas and tequila drinks. Pretty loud, we might like the decibles lower, but friendly, lively and one of a kind.

We love finding out about Ghost Pepper. The food was fresh and so tasty.. with exception that the salsa needed a kick of lime or salt. Compared to everything else it was a little bland. But highly recommend!

I loved the atmosphere of Ghost Pepper. It's a small restaurant with a menu with good variety. Service was Excellent- fast and attentive. The traditional guacamole was made perfect and they offer 3 variations. The chips were salted, seasoned and homemade and not greasy. I was disappointed no salsa came with the chips but I didn't ask for any and they had a separate option to purchase salsa. Pork tacos were too dry, chicken ghost taco was dry, not too spicy but good flavor. Brisket taco was a little greasy but good flavor and lot of beef. I had the blackberry margarita which had fresh berries and great flavor. Overall a good experience and would definitely go back.

Our drinks are all made with a 1.5oz liquor base (minumum, some more), the standard is 1.25oz. We are open 4 days in a week and in those 4 days we receive 2 food deliveries to make sure our quality of food is fresh and tasty. We hope you visit us again soon!

Amazing delicious food!! Definitely be back!! Made a reservation which worked out perfect and didn't have a wait time. The taco deal was great and being a VIP member worked out well! Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about food and drinks.

Our first time to Ghost Pepper 🌶️. Upon checking in to our reservation we were told the party before us was still dining and it would be 10-20 minutes. After waiting a bit and with seats available we decided to eat at the bar. The inside decor is paired well with the pepper theme. The service was fast and friendly as the bartender took great care of us. The orange jalapeño margarita hit the spot. We also enjoyed the Barbacoa tacos 🌮 and crunch corn shell was the way to go. Definitely the best tacos we’ve had in NE Ohio in a while. We’ll keep this on list for a return visit.

Being told soon after sitting down, with a reservation, that we needed to leave after 1 1/2 hours is a very bad first impression. One of our party's beer sat on the bar until we flagged someone down and asked for it to be brought to the table. I had 3 different tacos-it was Wednesday- and they all tasted the same. The margaritas aren't great and are pricey. Won't be back.

What a fun place!!! I will say, if you make a reservation, and they are full for the night, your reservation is only good for 90min The atmosphere is awesome! They might be under-staffed, like everyone else, but the staff is so nice. Our server was Danielle - she was awesome !! We tried a margarita flight (on point!!!!), some guac (peanut/honey), some salsa (we had the ghost), the quesadilla and the Bubba tacos. Everything was AMAZING. I have no idea how anyone could say this place is bad.
