We have been to this restaurant several times and this last visit was our favorite. Everything we ordered was delicious, our waiter was efficient and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back

This restaurant was reviewed well on Trip Advisor, so we decided to give it a try while visiting for a ski weekend. It is not located in downtown Park City, but rather off the highway in a retail development. The ambiance is very cool and unique. The eggplant pasta dish was delicious and the gelato ice cream dessert was a hit. There are 4 flavors served on cones in a cute little dish. The favorite flavor was the ginger, even among the kids. The only negative was our table. We were a party of 4 and we were at a long booth that was too big for us and meant more for a party of 6 or 8. It made for odd conversation.

This is a very large restaurant that seems to have endless rooms with lots of seating. It was very busy and took 5-10 minutes before we saw our waiter. He was friendly but not real chatty. We placed our orders and ask for bread to be brought to our table. Our salads came and we finished them...and still no bread. When our entrees came we ask again and this time we finally received our bread! I was told that I only had two options for vegetarian - pizza or EGGPLANT AGNOLOTTI - I ordered the latter. It was described in the menu as- (pickled tomatoes, fresh basil, burrata, rich tomato brodo) I was so surprised the it arrived and was actually Ravioli ! I assume that it was stuffed with Eggplant although it didn't taste like it. The Ravioli was very tough and way to chewy - it was even hard to cut with my fork. No flavor and way to salty. There were no pickled tomatoes and certainly wasn't like the menu described it! My husband ordered LAMB + CONCHLIONI - the menu described it as - (port wine braised bill white farms lamb, ricotta stuffed shells, giardiniera) He was also surprised when it arrived as it was really more of a stew with stuffed pasta shells. Neither of us loved our Entrees and decided to forgo ordering dessert as nothing we ordered impressed us in the least and felt pretty confident that the dessert would fall short as well. We have no desire to come back.

We had an excellent dinner at Ghidotti's. My husband had a salad and the lasagna which were both very good. I had the Scallops and polenta. The scallops were fresh and large - I think I had 4 or 5 and the polenta was the best I have ever had. it was a great dinner!

We really enjoyed our evening here. The restaurant was extremely accommodating as we were booked for 6.30 pm and had to call twice to move our booking later as my husband was stuck at the doctors and then the pharmacy. We finally got there at 8pm in a complete flap. The staff seated us by the fire poured us wine served us beautiful meals...we all had pasta and all in all made our night.

We were greeted by Henry Stike manager and he was perfect in adjusting the changes that were needed in our reservation. He made sure our experience at Ghidotti’s was a pleasant one. Kudos to Henry!

The food was very good except for my husband’s salmon piccata dish. While he said the salmon was good, it lacked any lemon flavor and he found his pasta flavorless. I did not enjoy the location of our table. It was directly in front of the kitchen and the kitchen doors were open during our entire visit. I guess the positive is that the kitchen was clean
