I am hoping we just picked a bad night. The food was good, but the service was atrocious. Not only was our server disconnected and food to table extremely slow, but the other staff members were also bickering publicly the entire time we were waiting. Given the cost of the meal, I expect proper service and they just missed the mark grossly this visit.

Everything was very good

This was our second time here. It was very nice both times. The ambiance is very nice. Actually surprising for the strip mall type location. A lot of interesting decor and seating choices. Parking was way easier than downtown Park City.

seated next to wide open double doors to the kitchen, which they never close. What about all of the other restaurants that have swing doors, they should give that a try. All of the wait staff was hanging out in the kitchen, which is probably why there was no waiter to offer any assistance to our party. My scallops were actually good and although my husband's lasagna was decent it was in no way worth the $36 price tag. My son's pork osso bucco was totally bland.

Food was delicious and our water, Spencer, was very helpful and attentive. I would recommend this to anyone.

Not much to say. We were happy to get a booking earlier than what the restaurant offered when I called before going to Open Table

Wonderful food experience whenever we visit. A little crowded on Valentine’s Day, but the server was excellent. Very satisfied.

Great place for a large get together!

Huge and ornate space - plenty of room between tables. Home made pasta was fantastic! Definitely will go back when in the area again

TVs playing workout videos during a Saturday night Italian dinner. Great food.

We had a very disappointing experience dining the other evening. First off we were packed in like sardines, not sure if they added more tables due to many events happening but it made for a uncomfortable situation. After being seated we did not receive our meals for just under a 2 hour wait. The server was wonderful but was obviously over what they could handle. When our food arrived it was mediocre at best and way overpriced for what we received. I would not recommend dining on a busy night even if you do have reservations.

The food was classic Italian and well prepared. Gluten-free options were available and the changes were explained by our server. The noise level was low, at least for a table for two near a fireplace, which allowed for a quite conversation. My only disappointment was that the service was little slow to get started. A basket of bread arrived well before the wine we ordered, and the appetizer was also a bit slow in arriving. After that, the entrees arrived with perfect timing- not too soon after the appetizers were finished. All in all, a well-enjoyed meal and definitely a place to go again.

Our waitress did a great job for our anniversary night out. She had a number of tables that all must have arrived at or near the same time. Unfortunately your credit card system was not working that evening which slowed the process down. The waitress handled the situation well. As usual the food was great. Thank you for helping my wife and I celebrate a special event.

Ghidotti’s: the food is outstanding and the service couldn’t be better. The General Manager, Joe DeStefano, does a great job of overseeing the restaurant’s operations and you can’t find better waiters than Andre and Tom.

Great food and excellent service. Salmon piccata was a favorite.

The food is consistently amazing

Hadn’t been back for a few years. Loved everything we ate and it came out fast and perfect temp. Server was great. Looking forward to another meal.

Food was good. Ambience is less than desirable with terrible bright lighting. Would look so much better with soft lights on the tables.

Ghidotti's offers a variety of delicious meals, they're near the movie theater, there's lots of parking nearby, they have very good friendly service, with a very nice ambiance, all at a moderate price. Ghidotti's is one of our favorites.

Was a great meal. Had to change pasta in dish. Bread needed butter.

This use to be really good Italian food. I was not impressed with the food or the bread. I will not be going to this restaurant again.

We paid close to $200 dinner for two & bottle of wine. Ambiance was nice, but we were given a really subpar table by the door, even thought there were many open tables. It took awhile for our server to formerly greet us, although she did acknowledge us early on. We had to get up and get salt and pepper. Salads were extra, but when my meal came, there was salad on the plate. It was not worth the cost.

Very good food. Andre (our server) was very sharp and very informed about the menu. The restaurant was willing to split main courses and appetizers among all of us- which was very helpful considering that we were not hungry enough to eat full portions.

Hits and misses with our meals last night. The entrees Osso Bucco and the Duck were outstanding. The negatives were the bar drinks that’s tasted watered down and overly sweet. My other complaint is the bread that accompanied my mussels, it was flavorless.

Food was excellent but the service was flustered and slow, surely due to the Sundance Festival. Understandable.

Our waitress was friendly but then completely forgot about us. I couldn’t get her attention to get red pepper flakes or salt. My papperdelle was flat in flavor. The other 3 in our party liked their dinners.

Excellent food and service accompanied by a good wine list!
