We waited 30 minutes until someone finally served us and that was after we got up to ask why no one had approached our table for so long. Would not recommend.

The ambiance was very lackluster. I expected to walk in to a more lively environment. Some of the menu items are overpriced and the food was not impressive. On top of that the bathrooms were very dirty. Dirty toilet paper and paper towels everywhere. It was surprising because the restaurant was not busy and most of the staff were just standing around. I would be hesitant to visit this restaurant again.

Two friends and I met here for dinner before a show at Punch Line. Our server was great, but the menu needs updating. There are a number of items that have been discontinued but are still on the website menu, like the clam chowder and crab cake sandwich. The three of us all got the sliders, which were not great. The chicken wings app lacked seasoning. The Buffalo cauliflower app was pretty good.

Honestly not great. The music was loud for 7 pm dinner when it wasn’t crowded at all. Got the grilled chicken pesto which was supposed to have sundries tomato in the pasta dish. Both my mom and I each had one tomato each. She said some of her chicken wasn’t fully cooked.

Good luck finding parking. It was difficult finding the location as well. Otherwise, my experience at the "Gardens" was good.

If you want to take pictures in front of the IG wall, then maybe. If you come for good service and yummy food, then I would circumvent this place. Waited 20+ minutes to be seated, had some dishes delayed until everyone else was finished eating - the food is edible, but very basic. The best part of the experience was the outdoor seating, but it couldn't compensate for the remaining experience.

The Ambiance was fine the restaurant was clean unfortunately the food was not good. The waitress was all over the place and kept forgetting about our table.

Our waitress Sam was amazing. Super nice and accommodating. The French toast was excellent but the steak and eggs were a bit underwhelming. A great time nonetheless

I went here to celebrate my birthday. I loved seeing the pics on their Instagram, and I wanted have that vibe for my birthday. Our server was the best and it was pretty, but they didn’t have the full menu so food options were low…considering I don’t eat shellfish and a lot of shellfish options were left on the menu. Also, the keepsake cup was sold out (VERY DISAPPOINTING). There also wasn’t anymore cotton candy for my rainbow cake. That’s the main reason why I came there, for the rainbow cake with sparkle candle and cotton candy & the keepsake cup). Needless to say, I was very disappointed. Overall, it was fun, but it just did NOT live up to my expectations.

Very beautiful place, good food, and great service. However, the rainbow cake was missing the cotton candy and there was a service charge that we weren't aware of. Then, I wanted the crab cake sandwich, but I was told it hasn't been coming out right lately and not to order it. I was disappointed because that's really what I wanted. But I'd definitely recommend this place.

Came her for my birthday. The food was horrible, drinks was nasty and there was a possum running around.

I went to Germantown Garden for my friend’s birthday. We were a party of 4; seated outdoor. The food was delicious! I had the Cajun shrimp pasta, it was flavorful with a nice spicy kick to it. The calamari was also good. The garden set-up is cute and trendy. Our drinks were served in plastic cups, which took away from the overall look of it(I understand because of COVID). However, the service was not so great. The food took a long time to come out and when it did, it was out of order. Some of our main dishes came out before our appetizers. It took the waiter almost 30 mins to bring us our check. They need to get the kitchen more organized, and maybe hire more servers. Our server was nice, but the service was slow.

And chairs are not as comfortable as expected. They had no coffee for after dinner coffee drinks

Everything was great! I was just surprised by the bill. I didn’t expect to spend so much but we did get the bottomless brunch.

We had a great time. The staff was pleasant abs very accommodating.

My first and definitely not my last time visiting Germantown Gardens!! I was everything I was expecting and more. The cocktail and pitches selection are amazing (and the keepsake cups are my absolute favorite!) the portions are more than generous and the music … was definitely my vibe! The ambiance/atmosphere was the best… very bright and neon, fun, everything you look forward to for a date, girls night out or birthday! You won’t be disappointed

The mimosas were amazing! It’s a great place to take someone for their birthday brunch or dinner! The staff is great and went above and beyond! Thank you for a great time!

The service was great, nice atmosphere , the food was not that great.

Outdoor seating is pretty indoor seating is dark and dreary. And our sushi was not cut. I just couldn’t process that.

Food was good. I was a little disappointed in the menu. They have a different menu on the weekdays and I looked at the wrong one. The weekend didn’t have as many options. I got a salad and it was pretty plain for what it cost. But the atmosphere was really cool. The drinks looked amazing but we were busy and didn’t have time to relax and share a drink.

First time dining at Germantown Garden for brunch. The place is really darling!! We ate inside because the weather was iffy but outside would have been my preference. Its like a tree house in the city! Food was ok. I thought there would be more choices for brunch... Though the pitchers of drinks were a big hit! One of our selections for brunch was brought out waaaay after the rest. I think they forgot to put the order in but they comped us green tea shots so that was very nice!!! I would definitely go back again and try to be seated outside!

Definitely the spot to get your IG pics. Also nice for any type of occasion, it’s a chill vibe.

Our server was good but she was spread thin and the other staff helping was extremely forgetful. The bugs outside are unbearable. I was basically eaten alive. The food was ok nothing special but the drinks were good. I would go back if they treated the mosquitoes outside.

The service was absolutely awful! Our server took forever to come to the table as well as bring our food. I assume since they have an automatic 20% gratuity added to the final bill they must not care. If it were up to me the server would have gotten a 5-10% tip if anything at all. Also I cant forget to mention the food. My date got the crab cake entree which tasted like it was fresh out of the microwave and completely unseasoned. I ordered the cajun shrimp pasta that had barely any shrimp and the pasta was drowned in the sauce like I was eating soup. With the two entrees and two drinks and automatic gratuity added the final bill came to $130 which I believe is completely ridiculous given the environment, quality of service and terrible food. I Strongly don’t recommend coming to eat here.
