   After we were seated it took the waitress 35 minutes to come and greet us. When she got to us she apologized and stated that no one told her we were seated. The waitress proceeded to inform us what they didn’t have on the menu (menu different from the online menu). When she asked what would we like to drink I responded stating that I would like a Truly Strawberry Lemonade. The waitress informed us they didn’t have any of the Truly beverages available. So I said I’ll take a Shirley Temple with extra cherries. The waitress stated would it be ok if the beverage is made with Cherry juice because they don’t have Grenadine. I said no problem then she stated they don’t have cherries. I told her never mind I’ll just take water with lemon. The waitress proceeded to take our order. When our appetizers came out it was the wrong size of the mussels. The server took the mussels back and when we received the correct size they were cold. All we kept hearing was I apologize over and over every time we had a encounter with the waitress. Although the food was good the service was not.

   The food wasn’t good, mostly edible but never want to eat it again. The igloo was fun and warm. Only two staff members out of six were wearing masks. Our server Kia was nice and started out attentive, but disappeared half way through the meal. Upon walking to go the restroom (which was oddly large with multiple stalls out of order, no paper towels and a hand dryer taped to the wall), I discovered that Kia was the only server for way too many tables. So that makes sense why she was all over the place. I would not return.

   Igloo was fun and private. Cool in the rain and warm enough. The food and drinks were mediocre.

   We had date night in the igloos. The ambiance was excellent. The igloo got pretty warm so that was a plus. Only thing I suggest is that you have a way to call the server if needed. It get pretty busy and we had to wait for the server to come by to request something versus if we were inside we could grab someone to get our server. Other than that food was great music was excellent. We will return to check it out in the summer

   food was good, but unfortunately they only had one server. on a busy friday night to have one server is completely ridiculous & that’s not her fault she has a lot of tables to attend but they completely forgot one of my guests food order so we all had food and she did not. we said something more than once & still had to wait a while so she didn’t even want her food anymore, we should have been compensated for something- atleast a free dessert. probably will not be back again.

   Not sure why it asked the occasion online if they don’t decorate or celebrate it. Also workers on there phone soon as you walk in and tables are dirty. Was disappointed for the hour drive I had to take then leave after 20 mins of being there but food looked good.

    Gave lower review on ambiance due to NO FAULT OF THE RESTAURANT, there was a family with school age kids that allowed them to run around wild. Me and my guest felt a touch uncomfortable, and had a harder time enjoying our experience. Other than that, the food was EXCELLENT! We LOVED the 1/2 pound Mussels. And our Hostess/Waitress was a doll!!! We will be back to try our experience again.
