food was good, but unfortunately they only had one server. on a busy friday night to have one server is completely ridiculous & that’s not her fault she has a lot of tables to attend but they completely forgot one of my guests food order so we all had food and she did not. we said something more than once & still had to wait a while so she didn’t even want her food anymore, we should have been compensated for something- atleast a free dessert.
probably will not be back again.

Not sure why it asked the occasion online if they don’t decorate or celebrate it. Also workers on there phone soon as you walk in and tables are dirty. Was disappointed for the hour drive I had to take then leave after 20 mins of being there but food looked good.

Gave lower review on ambiance due to NO FAULT OF THE RESTAURANT, there was a family with school age kids that allowed them to run around wild. Me and my guest felt a touch uncomfortable, and had a harder time enjoying our experience. Other than that, the food was EXCELLENT! We LOVED the 1/2 pound Mussels. And our Hostess/Waitress was a doll!!! We will be back to try our experience again.

It was a great ambience for a friend’s get together.

My gfs and I have been wanting to try this for awhile and we’re no disappointed. The French onion soup was a little salty but we added it to the mashed potatoes that came with the ribeye and had an enjoyable meal. The drinks were tasty too. The cookie with ice cream was a definite disappointment but we think that it might have been hot before it got to the igloo because it was really cold outside. My only other issue was that our legs were cold because there was no heat underneath the table. So, wear pants or layers and it’ll be a great experience!

This was my third time booking this restaurant. I always choose the poolside option however once we arrived at the restaurant the woman that seated us inside claims that you now have to book it under "experience" and that it's an additional $5 to sit in the igloos by the pool. This experience option was not available when I booked it simply said garden, and poolside. I don't think I'll be patronizing them in the future.

Besides them being understaffed everything was good. I would definitely go back.

The lighters In the igloo went out there was several items on the menu sold out there was only one waitress she kept forgetting about us. Overall great place

Amazing. We loved Michaela/Makayla (sorry idk how to spell it) but everything from the pod to the authentic service to the food was great!

Absolutely horrible I told them I had a peanut allergy and somehow some type of nut was mixed in with my food and I ended up being rushed to the hospital for a food allergy. The restaurant could of cared less when we call the day after.

It was nice I appreciate everyone being very nice the food was very good especially the regular fries finish the whole basket in a second I just wish the cups for the drinks was a little more better tho but after that overall it was a everything was nice

The host was very welcoming when we came into the restaurant. I had a reservation for the igloo which was very nice with the fire heating. The food came out timely and was great. The server was very helpful. I will definitely come back.

The ambiance in the igloo was really cool, the food was tasty and our server Mikayla was awesome. Just a recommendation on the optics, the pool should be cleaned if it’s the main focal point of the outside dining experience.

Waitress was great and so was the food..

I would like people work there wear mask because waitress in especial have contact with so many costumers and I do no feel safe. I LOVE THE BIRTHDAY CAKE WAS MY FAVORITE.

First time going here with my family & it was beautiful. We sat poolside & loved the ambience. The food was delicious and we will definitely be back!

The service and food was great but parking is horrible.

It was my girlfriends birthday it was raining Our Igloo sprung a leak the propane tank went out our drinks were water down. I did not realize you had to pay for the birthday cake overall experience was Meh, What was more disappointing is the service charge that was taken off the hold the reservation was not applicable towards the final bill, that assumed 20% gratuity that is automatically included should be rethought. I understand why the gratuity is automatically included but let us decide if we want to give up to 20%

The ambiance was warm and welcoming we sat in our own heated igloo and had a firework show. I really enjoyed my experience.

Our waitress was excellent, vibrant, helpful and courteous. The food and drinks were good and the wait was not excessively long. We dined in the igloo and it was clean and super cute. The speakers were not close enough to enjoy the music but depending on your mood that night you may not care about that anyway.

Our service was Justin he was very informative about menu & prices. Chef made a mistake on my order they quickly fix the issue & gave me a hot new plate. I will be back for sure 😋

My birthday experience was amazing and I really appreciate Alex being so accommodating. They did not have everything on the menu my friends wanted but made up for it with being so patient and understanding. I would come back again and I l know my friends will too!!

Service took long and food was very average. We ended up telling the server we didn’t want our food because it took way too long to come out (salmon btw). Buffalo shrimp were very tiny and drenched in sauce, they were taken off our bill. Overall, don’t think I’d go again.

They have good drinks and it’s a nice vibe here.

I specifically reserved outdoor poolside experience and was told that area was not available. Complete waste of time, we waited weeks for the reservation. Food is mediocre at best.

Went to the restaurant and was immediately met by an entire staff wearing shorts and t shirts. At first I didn’t understand such casual attire until I realized that the AC wasn’t on in the restaurant. It was already above 80 degrees outside and it felt even hotter with the lack of airflow. On top of that, my date and I were dressed up so the lack of air conditioning almost ruined our outfits. Finally, if they weren’t serving $40+ plates, I wouldn’t have minded the lack of air conditioning. However, how can you expect any reasonable person to be over spending close to $200 and be sitting in a pool of their own sweat?

The food was Horrible I asked for medi um rare steak came out burnt the only thing was good was the mash Potatoes

Went for a birthday. Group of 12. Enjoyed myself. The food was average, maybe less than average. The drinks were also not that good. The restaraunt is cool looking. Especially for Philadelphia. Wish they had a better playlist. I like Germantown gardens for the vibes mostly.

Do not recommend this place for food, neither for ambience. Overpriced for drinks and food, very basic menu, limited options for food and beverage choices, food was burnt and tasteless, and extremely overcrowded around pool area. One visit was enough for me

Asked for steak medium well, after complaining about it being well done manager told me and I quote “our medium well has no pink I can give you medium” huh ? all over the world medium week has a little pink why not here ? I was very very dissatisfied.

The waitress was a wreck! She charged a person wanted to leave early the price of the entire table! They fixed it but it should not have happened. Our food took forever to come out!

We made reservations for pool side but when we got there they couldn’t honor that. The waiter was rude it was really hot and we asked if the air was working and she said yeah and we’re all suffering there’s nothing we can do. We asked if we could be seated outside because it was hot and miserable inside but was told no there were no tables but we seen 2 empty tables. I asked for vegetable lasagna but they didn’t have any, I asked for frozen margaritas but was told they weren’t frozen. I mean the entire ordeal just sucked and the waiter was the worst!

It was EXTREMELY hot inside. Not sure if it is always like this but it was so bad and I’m never hot. I thought being inside would be cooler since it was hot and sunny outside. It ruined my time there. The food was okay. Just be aware of the 20% service fee. Then they also ask for a tip on top of that. No. I had the teriyaki salmon and my boyfriend had the salmon ribeye. They both were good. The wings were great !! The drinks were not good. Not worth the price. The margarita was too sour. Seemed as though it was not a licensed bartender behind the bar. Would visit again but it has to be outside of the air is going to be off and stuffy inside. It was Father’s Day and my son’s father was sweating trying to enjoy his meal. I felt so bad
