   Great experience! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an upscale date night. The manager Raegan and our waitress Kristi were excellent and we will definitely be asking for them when we return!

   Fantastic food and ambiance in the Park Cities! I have been going to other standard bearer stake houses in the Park Cities for 25 years. Georgies will get a lot more of my business in the future. Just excellent!

   We celebrated 3 birthdays at one time!! We had a wonderful evening- great drinks to start our evening at the bar. The food was absolutely delicious. We started with oysters, scallops and agnolotti pasta! The pasta may be the best thing I have ever had. The bread and butter were amazing! We will definitely be back!

   Outstanding food, service and experience. We did the taste of Georgie and the wine pairing. All the dishes were excellent the only thing I will say is that the steak wasn’t above and beyond any other steakhouse. It was pretty comparable to anywhere else. Nothing stand out about that. The service was very attentive,and informative. Great experience would highly recommend

    We had a reservation at 5pm on a Saturday evening. Despite there being only one other table there with guests, we were placed in the far corner by the bar. The booth was about half as deep as the other surrounding booths. We sat so close to the table that we could not comfortably place our arms anywhere but in our lap, or hovering over the table to actually eat our meal. When I asked to be moved to another table or booth, we were told that every other table in the restaurant was already reserved. (Although we ALSO had a reservation.) How that particular booth was reserved especially for me was puzzling. The appetizers were good, no complaints there. Then I ordered the 14 ounce ribeye for my main course. It was thin and flat, and looked more like a pancake than a steak. That steak was $95. If I paid more than $25 for that steak, I would have been annoyed... and it was over 3x that. My wife had the 6 ounce filet, ordered medium rare. It came out cooked medium. Ordinarily, not a big deal, and i wouldn't want to be petty about it, but with everything else the way that it was, I figured I might as well point it out. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was good, but if I'm spending over $600, I kind of expect a more impressive looking steak and an actual table or booth. I'm a little embarrassed that I recommended this place to my friend and this was the experience that we had.

    Georgie offers the best place in town for a great date night or just an opportunity to unwind. The salmon is wonderful and best of all their cocktails are amazing. Try the Emerson. Can't write a review without commenting on the wonderful staff. Georgie staff watch your table with great response to anything you need.

    I’ll start by saying the food was absolutely fantastic, and the portions were reasonable. If you’re trying to know how much to order, I would say for a couple, grab one starter, an entree each, two sides, and finish with a dessert and you’re at the perfect quantity. Now, the reason I’d only rate as 3 stars is the service. We waited a full 15 minutes before our server ever greeted us. Granted, he did send another server to come grab our cocktail order, but by the time we actually saw our server, we had already decided what we were going to order food wise about 10 minutes ago. Other than a frustrating beginning to the evening, service was good and attentive after our food order was placed. Now as far as pricing is concerned, I wouldn’t necessarily say the food itself is overpriced. It’s expensive of course, but no more so than any other dallas restaurants of its caliber. Now, where I would confidently call them overpriced is their wine list. Most aggressive bottle markups I’ve ever seen. Standard by the bottle markup tends to be 3x cost at restaurants, here it seemed the standard was anywhere from 4-5.5x cost. I usually order a bottle of wine any time I go out to a restaurant with a good wine list, but I couldn’t in good conscience order a bottle at these prices. Absolute rip off. Overall I would rate Georgie 3 stars, for food alone.

    Our waitress Erin was fantastic. She welcomed us with Champaign and made our engagement celebration extra special. The ribeye was a flavor explosion and I also recommend the blue fin tuna appetizer. Fantastic meal.

    My husband and I celebrated our post Valentine’s Day dinner. Overall we had a wonderful time. Our server Erin was fantastic and was very knowledgeable about the food and wine. All her recommendations were wonderful! We started with the Kaluga caviar, the Foie gras then the agnolotti pasta, and ended with the tomahawk ribeye. Dessert was the only thing that fell flat. We had the panna cotta which was a bit too tart for our taste. Cocktails and wine recommendations were great and paired well with our meal. Get the Emerson! You won’t regret it! We had a lovely experience. Thank you!

    The appetizer Scallop was indeed very very good. However, the tenderloin was overcooked. Salmon was cooked right, but a few bites tasted fishy. Not the whole piece, just a few bites in the middle, was fishy. Did not like the music... Overall speaking, it was below my expectation.

    Bread and butter was phenomenal!! I don’t like that you have to purchase the charcuterie board in two pieces (meat and then cheese) which makes it over 60 bucks. The service was great!! The mushrooms were so yummy! The drinks were on point! I had the snapper and it was good but I did need a lil salt and pepper but still good. A bit pricey but I was definitely pleased! Again the bread and that salty butter 😍😍

    Atmosphere makes this place. The food was underwhelming for any restaurant of this scale. Had the Bluefin appetizer which was above average. Smoke presentation however lacked a heightened depth of flavor I'd expect from a raw fish dish, good texture and presentation. 2nd course was red snapper which was a miss. Cooked well although a crust would have enhanced. The sauce pairing worked well however very acidic while lacking Salty. Final order was the wagyu coulette steak which while a leaner cut and cooked perfectly mid rare still was too chewy and tough to enjoy. The staff was attentive and kind enough to swap for tritip which hit on all the marks. Overall a bit underwhelmed by a Curtis Stone named restaurant. Hope it was just an off night. Staff was amazing and drinks were excellent!

    Fantastic date night spot or special occasion restaurant. The service is top notch, the ambiance and design of the place is great. The food was incredibly delicious (try the pasta, I know it sounds crazy) and the free bread will blow your mind. Only negative was my wife’s steak was a little over cooked but other than that everything was great.

    Usually great but the poached salmon needed a magnifying glass to find. At first we thought they split a portion between two of the party and even the waiter was surprised at the portion but confirmed that was not split. Piece measured 1 1/2 inch by 2 and 1 1/2 inch high for $52. . Outrageous!!! The steaks were average to good, but that was it. Not a patch on upscale restaurants in Dallas.
