   The food was delivered efficiently, hot and with excellent presentation. It was as presented as described on menu. Service was friendly and efficient. Dogs were made welcome. We asked for a dog bowl of water which came immediately with clean water.

   Great food in a lovely village setting with an ample sized garden for children to run around in. Food was very good and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

   Excellent Sunday roast with all the trimmings, good service, let down slightly by the worst Eton mess I have ever seen, just cream and fruit. To be fair to our server when she asked why it was left and we explained there was little to no meringue in the dessert she did take it off the bill.

   It was Fish and chips Friday. Outstanding value and the pub is looking good as well The staff were friendly and attentive, nice Guinness as well
