Welcome to Chandler’s all-new, all-day hangout featuring gourmet from-scratch fare served daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dedicated to using clean, organic ingredients, and always free from seed oils, our dishes are served up in a welcoming space that offers a dining experience that’s as nourishing as it is enjoyable. Housed inside a beautifully restored mid-century building on Washington Street, our name is both a nod to the Founding Father, as well as our welcoming neighborhood approach. Serving up a robust counter-order breakfast, and full-service lunch and dinners, George & Gather also welcomes the neighborhood with an indoor-outdoor bar, a spacious covered patio with fireplace and great music, and a dedicated market serving grab-and-go meals, a wine bottle wall and locally-made merch and products. Emily was outstanding, very engaging, fun and informative. Apricot cheesecake and pizza were fabulous. Only knock is out of orange scones again. We’ll be back.

We have only been to George & Gather 3 times, but have always had a nice time. Ordered the burger with an apricot ice tea & for dessert the apricot cheesecake which was great. We will definitely be back.

I’ve been to this restaurant 2 times and was not disappointed. The food is good especially the pizza! Beware of the charred broccolini….it is sooo spicy hot! I could not eat it. It’s a busy place for a reason. The ambience is charming yet trendy old school NYC in the 30’s and 40’s. The service is a bit slow, but the people working there are friendly and welcoming. Try the little gift shop/dessert section for some gelato and pastries.

Just a great place to have a cocktail & enjoy a great meal! The wine selection is perfect as well! Definitely going back!

Excellent salmon!! And the cheesecake is to die for!! Very cool vibe and atmosphere. I will be back the next time I’m in town.

Early dinner with a group of tried the Bianco pizza. Also shared the dates, meatballs and the guacamole starters. Our server was quite knowledgeable and remembered us from a previous visit. We will certainly return.

Our party of four came for lunch (our first visit) and we were very happy we did. The server was great and attentive and our orders came out quickly. The food was excellent…a good variety of choices. Beautifully designed restaurant and there was great music to enjoy as well. We stopped by their market on our way out for cheesecake to take home. We will definitely return!
