   My second visit to George & Gather and again exceeded all expectations! Our food was phenomenal and we’ll definitely order the exact same items next visit (Beet Salad with Salmon, delicious cocktails and the Apricot Honey Cheesecake for dessert) but our server, Carrie, was incredible!! Her knowledge of the menu, the sourcing of the ingredients that were used in our meal, and the story behind the restaurant made for such a fun evening. George & Gather is our new favorite for sure!

   Recommended by friends this new spot in Chandler is awesome! Went twice in theee days. Dinner, drinks. Carrot cake is outstanding. Goat cheese app is amazing. Back for lunch and the pulled pork sandwich did not disappoint! Cocktails all named for a famous Goerge. Clever and tasty!!

   Great evening celebrating a birthday. Second time here and is a fantastic portions are good sized and priced fair.

   Great food, seated on time and service was great. Kale salad -added the salmon and the cinnamon roll was delish!!

   Food was outstanding as was the ambiance. Service was reasonable but not exceptional like our last visit.

   We had a fantastic evening at George & Gather in Downtown Chandler! We went with another couple during Restaurant Week, which was the perfect opportunity to explore the menu and everything we tried was excellent. We started with the beet salad (the dressing was fabulous), whipped goat cheese (creamy and delicious), and bacon-wrapped dates (absolutely delish). The carne pizza had a great combo of sweet and spicy, and the pasta with a meatball was cooked perfectly. The pasta had great texture and the meatball was tender and flavorful. For dessert, we shared the carrot cake and apricot cheesecake & both were amazing, but the cheesecake was the standout for me. You can tell they have an in-house pastry chef. The desserts were next-level. The vibe and decor are beautiful; modern, warm, and inviting. The wine list is chef’s kiss, and the cocktail menu is creative and fun. The bar area is lovely, and the lounge space is a nice touch if you have to wait for a table. We also had the pleasure of meeting Patrick, the GM, who was incredibly welcoming and gave us a quick tour of the space. His passion for the restaurant and hospitality really added to the experience. Highly recommend George & Gather for a night out with friends, a date night, or any time you want a memorable meal in Chandler. We’ll definitely be back!

   First of all the restaurant decor is very nice a lot of detail was put into it. However when you step into the restaurant you have no idea where to go, where in most restaurants the hostess is immediately when you walk in you have to go towards to the back of the restaurant to see a hostess, we have this out because another customer told us. There’s no one to give directions, we were offered water and told our waitress would be there shortly and she was. We ordered a few soft drinks first and an ice tea, the soft drinks came right away and then after about 10 minutes we had to flag our waitress about the Ice tea she did apologize. We ordered the guacamole for an appetizer, salads and two pizzas. The appetizer came right away but it did not include a lot of chips, so we asked the waitress if she could bring some and she did but we waited a bit. The salads came and the two pizzas. We wanted refills for our soft drinks and again had to flag someone down bring it and that took about 10 minutes. We asked for our check and noticed there was a charge for the extra chips of 2.00 for the guacamole our waitress never mentioned that there was a fee, I feel this should have been mentioned when we asked for it. We walked around to the shop and also the dessert area and those looked really good but didn’t get anything. The restaurant has only been open since March but I feel they need to up their game a bit.

   Might be my new favorite restaurant in town! Our server, Cherish C., was absolutely on point—attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through the menu. She recommended the whipped goat cheese and told us about the 130+ year-old sourdough starter, and I was immediately sold. It was so good—seriously a must-try! The only hiccup in our experience was the check-in process. We had a 5 PM reservation and checked in right on time, but ended up waiting in the dark for about 20 minutes. Others who arrived after us were seated before us, and it wasn’t until another host followed up that we were finally escorted to a table that had apparently been ready the whole time. That said, once we were seated, everything was fantastic. Looking forward to going back!

    The Short Rib was excellent. Very tender and vegetables were delicious. Caesar salad excellent also. Goat Cheese appetizer was amazing. Sydney our server was great. Highly recommend!
