   At this time it was basically eating in a very nice pizza shop. They have what looks like a nice room for dining but on Friday's they have parties and other events that is rented out. You have the pizza shop and a couple of tables right next to the pizza shop walking into the dining area. The staff takes your plates and things away as soon as you're finished with it. You first start out with warmed bread which is good because I love warm bread. We got the fried calamari with hot peppers and it was good; the sauce was good the calamari was nice and crispy and the peppers were hot. I found the green ones much hotter than the red ones but definitely delicious. I had the shrimp parmigiana with the penne it comes with. The shrimps were smaller than I'm used to but it was good. My husband had the chicken parmigiana and he said that was good. I tasted a piece and it was good; nice, tender and thin. For dessert he had the apple crumble with vanilla ice cream and that was the best apple crumble that we've had ever. It was soooooo delicious, everyone else's apple crumble is mostly like a pie but this one was so crisp and delicious. We would go back again to hopefully sit in the dining room and try other dishes. It is a beautifully done Pizza shop but sitting out in the shop area you get the draft each time the door opens.

   I’ve been to Gemelli’s many times since it opened a few year ago while I was a student at Iona. The food was good as usual, but the service this time was terrible. The server and bus boy returned multiple times in short intervals to ask if we were done with our meal and each time we said no. Eventually it became so bothersome that we let them clear the table and continued our night elsewhere. My advice is if two patrons are enjoying their meal with conversation there is no reason to bother them repeatedly. I felt as if they were trying to run me out.

   The food is always very good and a great value. On negative thing is it tends to get very noisy. Not bad enough that we don’t keep going back tho

   The food was excellent. Nice size portions and very tasty. The only negative thing is we didnt try it sooner. I highly recommend Gemellis.

    Great pizza! Tough to find a good pizza place in Westchester. Most are mediocre. We were pleasantly surprised by Gemelli. We will be back!
