   I showed up with a reservation, and it took 10 minutes for the servers to look up from cleaning and notice me waiting. Upon being seated and waiting for the other company to arrive, the server, though kind, kept on asking if I was ready to order. I advised that I was waiting for the party to arrive to get started. I ordered the beef shawarma, and the wrap was extremely mediocre—very dry. The restaurant was empty, and we were the only customers, and the server insisted on asking us what else we needed every few minutes with the payment machine in her hand. It was extremely uncomfortable, and we felt very awkward, as though we were being asked to leave, despite an empty restaurant. I would not come back or recommend this restaurant.

   The location is good, the food style looks like the chef is Indian because with Lamb shank usually there is good vegetable gravy ( مرقة ) in Gazal they brought small tomato soup of less than 200ML. it is not like any Iraqi rstuarant . Also there is one bad thing that when you ask for payment they bring the payment machine locked i.e the option of selecting the % of tip is closed and they include 18% gratuity in the invoice. It was our first visit and we do t know if we will repeat it !.

   Place is very nice , food delicious , however service was too slow not as organized as they first opened . They started taking orders after 30 minutes and then drinks and shisha didn’t come after another 30 minutes Shisha was not as good . They didn’t know which orders for which tables … if service continued like that it will not stay as my favourite destination in town.

   Good morning I would like to comment on something. Yesterday i booked a table for 8 peoples at 7:45 and i have the confirmation. We all were on time and we were surprised that you were closed without notifying anyone. We drove all the way to your location from cambdrige, Oakville and mississauga in this weather and you even bother yourself to send us or call to let us know that you are closed. You ruined our night. This was my first time to visit your restaurant and I think with this experience will be my last time

   Staff were friendly and helpful but not terribly well organized. Service was slow and had to flag down staff to order get the cheque, ect.

   Restaurant vibes and decor is good. Music a bit loud. Food was okay, we ordered three dishes Falafel plate was good, spicy chicken shawarma manakeesh was very bad, and baklava was nothing to rave about strictly okay.

   We made a reservation, but when we arrived, they had no space for us except in the smoking area. It was extremely disorganized and disappointing. What’s the point of making a reservation if it’s not honored? That said, food is fine and service is good.

    The whole atmosphere is not bad. However, it is good to keep in mind - you will be seated on the covered terrace that is not very beautiful. You can be seated inside if you smoke. I did not know that, booked a table in the lounge area for our wedding anniversary and hoped to be inside, but had to dine on the terrace instead. As for the waiters, the service given by a waitress was quite poor: she hardly understood English and forgot to bring one dish. A waiter was much better (unfortunately, I don't know his name) - excellent service and even free dessert. So, my impressions are quite mixed.
