   We went to celebrate my parents anniversary during lunch time around 1:30pm. The place was pretty empty so we had a lot of attention. Service was excellent and food was amazing!!

   We've been to Gauchos Prime several times since they opened. This is the first time I left feeling a little uneasy. While the food was (and always is) outstanding, and the service is generally very good, there were a few hiccups this time around. 1) I ordered chardonnay, they tried to give me some red wine instead, but I quickly said that wasn't what I ordered, and it was taken away before being placed on the table. I was immediately given the correct wine and was charged correctly. 2) We were never asked if we wanted a refill on our alcoholic beverages. Someone just took the empty glasses and did not ask about us wanting more. 3) Got the bill and was charged for 4 full experiences (should have been charged for only 2 because 2 people at the table only ate the salad bar). 4) We ordered a bottle of distilled water. Once the bottle was gone, I told them I did not want another bottle. However, someone along the way brought one and started filling up glasses. At this point, I thought maybe the water was free because they didn't ask if I wanted another bottle. When the bill arrived, the second bottle of water sat on the table - more than 3/4 full - and we were charged for 2 bottles. The waiter overheard me complaining and took one off the bill. Bottom line - review your bill carefully before paying.

   Definitely worth the $45 offer they are currently running. It doesn't give you access to the "select meats" but believe me, you won't miss them. Everything is delicious and you'll definitely leave stuffed. All employees there are very nice too.

   When I first arrived, it was only maybe I’ll say three family couples and the young lady wanted to put me in the back and the corner which was unacceptable however, she did move our tables to the center and I spoke to her about that situation , and she did apologize Our server a his name, Andres G. and George was phenomenal ..Serves us with kindness very .attentive Very nice. I will go back again. I didn’t wanna underrated the restaurant not giving a five star because of the you lady that seated us  The salad bar was nice very pretty. The hot tables was OK. The clam chowder was good. The meats the serve with the beef and the chicken… Excellent lamb chops superb the salmon was dry. Other than that. Everything was good. I would actually come back again.

   Floor needs to be swept, vacuumed and properly cleaned. Walls need to be finished painted there’s a lot of spackle spots along the wall with the window. Food and service are top-notch though.

   Wait wasn't long experience was terrible. Sitting with a family, for one, the server gave my child a glass cup that was bigger than her hands. After repeated asks for a plastic cup, they finally brought that over. They were limited in their options of different beverages in juices and they took an extremely long time to bring us even something as simple as water. The servers barely came over with the unseasoned meats, and we as a whole family that KEPT on asking for the servers to come over, they never did! the wait time to be served the meats were long so some of us walked up to the salad bar as we continued to wait even though our card was green. Mentioning again the meats were unseasoned, wait between the different meats were long and it only took for the manager to come out for us to be served correctly. We were served the same meats by the same server as we repeatedly said NO to them and asked for specific meats. I would never come back to this establishment again.

   It was nothing short of amazing. Took my grandmother and mother, for Mothers Day, and everybody loved it.

    We’ve dined here multiple times and the food and service have always been fantastic. The staff is so friendly and attentive. This is my favorite Rodízio for quality / value / atmosphere compared to Fogo or Plataforma (NYC).
