At Gaucho’s Prime we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.

Amazing dinner. We will be back. Everything was delicious, offering was plentiful, staff was lovely to me and my children. Loved the Parmesan pork, garlic steak, chicken drumsticks, picanha, garlic bread, salmon and pan de queso. The salad bar was so big we didn’t see a lot of things until we were leaving. Beautifully decorated dining rooms.

I always had good experiences at Gaucho's Prime. This visit, once more the quality of the food was very good, good variety. The service was slow, inattentive and compromised the overall enjoyment. It was a Friday dinner, busy day and it seems that the service recruited were not professionals. I will definitely go back.

I took my husband for his birthday and this was both of our first time coming here. Service was excellent, food and drinks was amazing. The only disappointment I had was with the salmon which seems to be a little overcooked. The best meat was the Garlic Parmesan sirloin which was soooo delicious. They gave my husband a free dessert for his birthday and he was very happy. I would definitely recommend and come back again.

Exceptional food and service, especially for the price. Was fairly tightly packed, people bumping into each other, had trouble competing with staff, rolling cart of drinks and other guests. Saw a few collisions and dropped items as a result of the chaos. Special occasion yes but romantic dinner no. Will definitely be back.

VERY loud...atmosphere wasn't as nice as we had hoped...seemed like the same meat kept coming to our table...had rather long wait times for the items we really wanted...been to several Brazilian steakhouses and, unfortunately, based on our experience, this one ranked at the bottom. HUGE bone in the chicken salad from the salad bar...I legit almost choked on it!! For a place that charges as much as you do, bones in the chicken salad just aren't acceptable!! ESPECIALLY one as large as the one I almost choked on! Also, one of the meat guys had a tray full of some kinda barbecued ribs & was tipping it so bad that juices were dripping all over my 16 month granddaughter!!! If it wasn't so busy(which I took into account so did not mention the poor service itself)and if it weren't for it being Father's Day & we were celebrating the fathers in our family, I would've demanded to speak to a manager....chicken bone was bad enough-but potentially harming my granddaughter w/hot liquid meat drippings-THAT took a lot of for me NOT to speak to the person in charge!!!!
