At Gaucho’s Prime we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.

I have been going to Gauchos for a long time . I have ordered food from Gauchos for work , I took my team for holiday dinner and It takes one time for poor service to never go back again. I felt like the server didn’t care at all since I didn’t order any alcoholic beverages. It gave me the impression that they were playing around and not caring . Then I addressed my concern to Elizar or something and he couldn’t care less since he didn’t even ask what happened or the reason why I was feeling like that in regards of the poor service. Maybe it is under new management cause I have not seen one familiar face ……. Not going back which is sad cause I thought Gauchos was different than from Fogo

Amazing dinner. We will be back. Everything was delicious, offering was plentiful, staff was lovely to me and my children. Loved the Parmesan pork, garlic steak, chicken drumsticks, picanha, garlic bread, salmon and pan de queso. The salad bar was so big we didn’t see a lot of things until we were leaving. Beautifully decorated dining rooms.

I always had good experiences at Gaucho's Prime. This visit, once more the quality of the food was very good, good variety. The service was slow, inattentive and compromised the overall enjoyment. It was a Friday dinner, busy day and it seems that the service recruited were not professionals. I will definitely go back.

I took my husband for his birthday and this was both of our first time coming here. Service was excellent, food and drinks was amazing. The only disappointment I had was with the salmon which seems to be a little overcooked. The best meat was the Garlic Parmesan sirloin which was soooo delicious. They gave my husband a free dessert for his birthday and he was very happy. I would definitely recommend and come back again.

Excellent service, meat selections constantly coming around. Servers very polite, friendly and helpful. Food choices good. Salad includes veggies, soup, cheeses, fruit.
