At Gaucho’s Prime we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.

    If you want a Brazilian Steak house in this region, Guachos is the best, the food here is better than Fogo de Chão, the staff also, friendly always helpful and friendly! My family and love this place, we also like Fogo de Chão but this one is better.

    Awesome place for lunch. The Staff actually likes their jobs, they make you feel like you are the only customers. Food is always varied and everything is spotless, very clean in all areas. It’s just an all around great dining experience. We try to make it a monthly date.

    Food was excellent…. much better than the other Brazilian restaurants in the area..  my wife was born and raised in Brazil so we rate…..this one of the better Brazilian restaurants we have eaten at…. and that includes eating  at restaurants in Brazil…….

    First the warm, cheesy pop over rolls, then the salad bar I could live on! Followed by delicious offerings of entrees, served beautifully by the gauchos. The grilled pineapple was so, so good. We really felt like royalty. The only thing that tainted our visit was a problem with a coupon. It was the coupon that brought us there -- we wouldn't have gone to such an expensive lunch without the discount. But at the end of our meal we were informed the coupon wasn't applicable to our order. I talked to the manager (who was very nice and gave me a portion of the discount), but the coupon was not clear and ended up costing us much more than I expected. But if money is no object, you won't be disappointed by the meal and the amazing staff.

    Food is always perfect. The people are friendly and so sweet to our kids. They are always trying to make your experiences perfect. We have eaten here many times and are never disappointed. Worth every penny.
