At Gaucho’s Prime we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.

Gauchos Prime has become our go to place for celebrations . This was our anniversary and the staff made us feel like Family, not just everyday customers. The food was excellent, the selection varied, and staff friendly, always high standards and never disappoints. The value is truly amazing, fine dining at bar food cost. The parking is a lot that is dedicated and not shared, a real plus in King of Prussia.

The food was amazing. The service was on point. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and everything was comfortable. And the price was absolutely great considering everything you got with it.

The food was mostly great (a couple of dry or really fatty cuts, like the pork belly and the bacon-wrapped filet), but what was really bothersome was how rushed we were made to feel. We were seated and the server went to remove a place setting (our 4th was in the bathroom). He took drink orders and immediately sent us to the salad/hot bar. No one asked if anyone was ONLY doing the salad bar/hot bar. They presumed we were all doing the full dinner. And even when our cards were turned over (to red), the gauchos would stop at one of us, ask if he/she wanted whatever beef he had on the skewer and if that person said "No," he'd walk away without asking anyone ELSE at the table if they were interested. The night we were there they must have over-ordered the picahna, because we were asked 5 or 6 times about that cut, but only once for several other cuts. The whole meal just felt rushed -- as soon as I cut into whatever slice was on my plate, someone else was asking if I wanted another type of cut. Overall, it was good beef and ample choices in the salad bar, but we are unlikely to return.

Good variety of meat and sides. All the food was delicious. Was reserved under the discounted special for 2 though waiter tried to upcharge and offer their regular full pricing. Otherwise, would visit again but just be mindful and ensure you know your prices when visiting.

We normally go for dinner but went for lunch this time. The food was delicious and the service was spectacular, as always. We love this restaurant and wish there was one closer to our home. We travel nearly 2 hours to eat here. It is well worth it though.

We’ve been going to this restaurant for sometime. Now. We heard that there was ownership issues and I see a big change. It took about 40 minutes for us to get meats. It took about 25 minutes at the end to get our desserts, matter fact, one of the team they were in the table for us. This was a business dinner. Had to get up and ask for the dessert. The taste of the meats has changed, and overall not very happy about the experience.
