Guests will find a collection of both white and red wines at Gaucho's Grill.
Gaucho's Grill will also come to any event and they are equipped to accommodate up to 400 people.
Great Restaurant it will be missed.
Thanks for the years of great food
I was very surprised that this place was not better considering the price...all the group ordered different meats rib eye, chicken, flank and each cut was dry...I ordered medium to be safe and it was the thinest rib eye i ever had...i would never come back...plus the meters only allow 1 hour at a time so we stayed over that and got a ticket on top of the food not being that good...very very disappointed...
The restaurant is closing and I think everyone has already quit. Too bad! M
we enjoy going to this restaurant. Food is always consistently good and we can have early Sunday meal and go home in time to relax.
Over all, we like this place. Food was Awesome as always.
But our reservation was @ 8:30 pm & we did not get seated till 9:10.
It was Valentine & very busy.
But we love their food.
p.s ladies powder room was locked all night.
Terrible service!! But it was tasty.
Great food and great service. Try the flat steak, excellent.
I waited an hour for my entree. .. asked if it was ready 3 times, and when it arrived the chicken was way over cooked and the vegetables were way undercooked. The only saving grace was that they took it off the bill. I would try again, as I used to love this place, but probably not on a weekend evening. Maybe they would be better when less busy.
Nice and good food
Great tasting food. Very good service. Seating is a bit crowded. Quite dark inside.
Argentinian Cuisine. Reasonably priced for a steak house. Menu is diverse and has something for everyone. Large room to the right as you walk in is very nice, but a bit noisy. If you want a quieter experience, ask to be seated in the small room to the left.
I personally was not impressed with the food I ordered, neither appetizers or main course. However, I would still recommend this restaurant because maybe it was just that my taste was not for the food items I picked from the menu. The wine I had should have been colder though, I think that was too warm. Overall, it was a great experience. Try it.
The only negative I have is that it was too dark inside. Couldnt not read menu and bill without a flashlight.
Food was honestly inedible. How someone can ruin such simple food I will never know. Could be just a bad night, but have a feeling this is per usual. Disappointed as we really wanted to like this place.
Excellent food for a reasonable price. I recommend the "pollo al carbon", a tasty half chicken and two sides for $16.
The only downside is that the parking lot that they share with their neighbors is usually full by 6:30 PM, and the metered street parking only accepts an hour at a time. Last time we ate there, I had to leave my meal and walk 75 yards down the block to refresh the meter.
Steve, the locations new manager, is a wonderful new part of the team at G.G. As regulars of the Brentwood location, it was great to have Steve as part of our dining experience. It made a great difference. Very attentive and helpful. As Argentines ourselves, we always enjoy the good food and reasonable price point.
The Empanadas are the BEST...we ordered 1 Beef and 1 Spinach & Cheese. Delicious! Pastry so light. Also ordered the Chicken Suprema Napolitana which was prepared to perfection. Their Chimichurri sauce is "to die for"! Highly recommend this Argentinian find!
We liked the food and the service was great. The dessert should have been complementary for my sons bday.
Great! Good food, good company.
You know what you are getting when you go there. Food is very good and the price is fair. We go there at least once a month and all of us like it very much.
The food and service was okay but there were two tables of guests sitting near us that had screaming kids running around the restaurant and the parents didn't do anything to help the situation! Unfortunately, this affected our enjoyment of the evening.
The food was good but the service was not great, borderline bad.
SALADS ARE GREAT...MY 2 COMMENTS ARE: WE SPLIT THE CHECK AND ONE CREDIT WAS CHARGED CORRECTLY BUT THE OTHER WAS CHARGED THE ENTIRE BILL AND WE HAD TO AHVE THE WAITRESS DO IT OVER. SHE DIDNT APOLOGIZE AND I FELT IT WAS HER "BAD" SINCE SHE SHOULD HAVE REVIEWED IT BEFORE GIVING IT TO US.
ALSO: YOU HAVE THE BEST OIL/GARLIC DIPPING SAUCE WITH THE WORST WHITE BREAD POSSIBLE!!! I HOPE THAT YOU CONSIDER CHANGING YOUR BREAD
Can't believe they don't have Asado de Tira(short ribs) on the menu!! But what they do have was excellent.
What a wonderful meal! Everything was well prepared and all ingredients hot and fresh. The sangria was very lovely, and dessert couldn't have been better! It was my first time for #dineLA and we will be back. The value and quality were well above expectations!
Amazing date night!
We go to Gaucho Grill on a relatively frequent basis. And Open Table offers a 09:00 pm reservation slot. It is disconcerting that when we arrive punctually for the 09:00 pm, we are put in a place of having to rush our order in . "Get your order In quick because the kitchen closes at 09:15 pm." And the restaurant closes at 10:00 pm. This creates a very rushed and uncomfortable situation. Why would Open Table create a 9:00 pm slot under these circumstances? It is unfair to the customer.
Gaucho Grill was just okay, but not great. The food was pricey for the quality, and they don't offer specialty drinks. Interesting atmosphere, and easy enough to get a table. An overall boring dinner service with plain food.
My friend had a salad overloaded with paprika. I should have stuck with Caesar salad but I added chicken which was too thin and very dry and leathery. The desserts were good, and the staff friendly. So not all bad.
Poor food presentation.Quality of the meat very mediocre,in fact send back one dish that was inedible.
Very good food. Consistency. You know what you will get as to the food and serve. We have been going to this restaurant for a very long time. They used to be at the third street promenade. Neighborhood gem you should try.
The food was excellent, every piece of steak we ordered was juicy and well seasoned. We went in the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday, so it was pretty quiet, waiter did inform us that it gets quite busy as you approach dinner time.
Great as usual...early bird unbelievable value, wine and food terrific!
always reliable. .good food...good price....nice people...servers always pleasant and helpful
Dry chicken. Not great presentation. Server came around too often. We felt rushed.
Food was great. Service friendly and not over-bearing. We will definitely go again!
Great sidewalk table. Tremendous service from our waiter and the hostess.
Skirt stake was really good.
This was my first time at Gaucho Grill. What a pleasant neighborhood experience! It will be my new go-to restaurant. Gaston honored our being there for the first time by bringing us a surprise appetizer of empanadas - delicious (especially the spinach and cheese one). I will definitely go back to Gaucho Grill over and over again.
I had the steak (first one on the menu) and beans and grilled zucchini. Everything was cooked to perfection.
Never disappoints!
We, especially like the Argentine inspired music in the background!
Have been taking our friends over there.
