Come celebrate the globally-inspired recipes of Fancy Feast Medleys at Gatto Bianco by Fancy Feast, a limited-time, Italian-style trattoria that will bring the mealtime experience of cats to life for cat owners and cat lovers through a variety of delicious dishes and culinary exercises. The Gatto Bianco menu was developed by Fancy Feast’s in-house chef, Amanda Hassner, along with Michelin Star winning Italian chef and acclaimed New York restaurateur Cesare Casella. The dishes (for humans!) take inspiration from Fancy Feast Medleys recipes and pay homage to traditional Italian cuisine. Gatto Bianco will be open for dinner on Aug, 11 and Aug. 12 only, with four reservations per evening at 6:30pm. Doors open at 6pm. Each reservation will accommodate two guests. Guests must be age 21+. Reservations will open for booking on Aug. 4 at Noon on a first come, first served basis.
