   the restaurant is very attractive - lots of seating, colorful chairs, decorations. the problem is the service/long wait for food to be delivered - i had a noon reservation and told the staff i had a 2 pm matinee - at 12:30 pm i was told that the kitchen was very busy and it would be "awhile" before our food was delivered - and it might have to be boxed to go! eventually our order arrived and we had to gulp it down - lovely place - and good food - but the delay in service spoiled everything- not sure if i would return or recommend it -

   Love the home made pasta and the grilled octopus for appetizers and all the main courses were very good.Our waiter Joey couldn’t have been more helpful and friendlier. It was our first time there and will be back

   We ordered a green salad and mushroom pizza. Both were just perfect. Terrific service and no music so we could actually talk during lunch. We liked it so much we are coming back on Friday for dinner.

   Based off of the yelp reviews, my expectation were up there. However the interior and service did not disappoint. Personally, I cam in hungry and tired from traveling by plane that day. The food was mediocre, nothing fantastic. Seemed like a better spot for drinks, not sure about food.

   My wife's chicken was so dry as to be inedible, and she sent it back. My rack of lamb, which I ordered medium-rare, was well-done. Not recommended.

   This is a nicely appointed restaurant with a great location for pre-show dining. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The food, however, is bland and inconsistent. Broccolini was so undercooked it took a steak knife to cut it. Eggplant appetizer had no real flavor and the pork chop was under seasoned and tough. However, diners at the next table really liked their meal.

    Food was delicious. I recommend the upside down eggplant for an appetizer. And the Pork Chop for the main course.

    Our service was very slow and had to ask for our check even though it was slow there. $44 for undercooked mushroom ravioli. Not impressed other then a cute atmosphere.

    Great Times Square spot. Server delightful and attentive. Was open at end of matinee and before pre theatre rush. For most restaurants, this is a no-go time. The staff was amenable, kind and did not rush us. Food simply delicious.

    Pan seared sea bass was delicious!! Crispy skin, delicious sauce on plate. My husband’s king salmon was dry and served with dry quinoa and pomegranate seeds. Looked pretty, but ate very dry and needed seasoning. Service was fantastic.

    Beautiful ambience and you feel like you are in the Great Gatsby. Great for a pre-Broadway dinner. Cocktails good and food was good too. All the way from appetizer to dessert (got squid and banana split). The service was very friendly too and seated promptly per reservation time. Bar area is pretty small so might be hard to grab a spot if early. Overall recommend it.

    Our Friday night dinner before the show was fabulous! I searched for restaurants close to Belasco Theater and found this gem. I would highly recommend checking it out! We came back after the show for a drink and delicious crème Brûlée.

    We were seated promptly in the lovely interior - our party of five was on a tight timetable before a show, and the staff was attentive and accommodating. Everyone enjoyed their food (the girls especially swooned over the bananas foster French toast). It was a great experience!

    Gatsby's Landing is a good place to dine in Times Square, whether you need a quiet place to conduct a business meeting or you want to grab something to eat before or after a Broadway show. The renovated space is very attractive. The staff is incredibly helpful. The food is tasty and the cocktails are delicious. A rare find in a busy neighborhood. Top quality experience.

    2nd time here and as great as the first time… fabulous addition to the theater district!!! My table had burgers(omg amazing) & brick chicken. The S’mores dessert is GREAT! Service fantastic

    We were there during Saturday brunch. Our server, Joey, was one of the most attentive and genuinely kind servers I’ve ever experienced in NYC. Food was very good and the atmosphere is lovely. Go visit them!

    We went for a pre show dinner and were impressed immediately by the look of the restaurant and the attentiveness of the staff. Unfortunately the enjoyment of the experience ended there. Cocktails took a very long time to arrive and were just OK. We both ordered the shrimp ravioli special and that’s where things went downhill. The sauce was very tasty, but the seven raviolis on the plate were totally unimpressive. The dough was extremely chewy leaning closer to raw than al dente and the filling was rather bland. Having seen some of the other pasta dishes that seemed to be enjoyed by the people around us, we clearly made the wrong decision. We expected far better for the very expensive price.
