The live music was very good. However, the food was average at best
Spinach salad was not fresh & dressing tasted like turpentine. Crusted snapper was dry, no flavor and we couldn't figured out what the round dark limp things on the plate were (fried round potatoes?)! Lauren was delightful & band was a little too loud for the small space but good!
Thanks for a great dinner and a nice evening. Tim was a super waiter
A really nice place. Awesome food at the right price plus live music every evening. Try it, you’ll love it!
No restaurant is without flaws but this place comes close. My first experience was amazing! The food paired with the music like nothing I've experienced before. The drink only enhanced the whole thing. Do yourself a favor and please go, it just might change your life...I don't exaggerate!
My friend &I tried Gatsby’s Joint for the first time last night for dinner. There was a live combo playing & they were very good! Not so loud that we couldn’t have a conversation. We ordered the meatballs & ricotta for an appetizer. They were yummy! My friend had the pork chop with Mac & cheese. She really enjoyed it! I had the ribeye steak with green beans & fries. It was perfectly cooked & delicious. We will definitely go back as it is right in our neighborhood & a very fun atmosphere.
Great service. The waiter was attentive and cared about our experience and encouraged feedback positive or negative to improve the restaurant. The menu was good, excellent side dishes. The dessert was okay.
We had fun! The food was okay (although the caviar appetizer was quite nice, just needed more blini), but the band was lively and the service was attentive. Would be fun for a group outing or a party!
Po was our server. First night on the job and he executed beautifully.
The happy hour wines were good value. Scallop and ahi tuna dishes perfectly cooked. Our group shared fries, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower parmesan. Everything was served hot and in a timely manner. The coconut cake was moist and delicious. The chocolate peanut butter cake a little dry.
The Tuesday night duo was excellent. The singer has a lovely voice and a wide repertoire. Her delivery of holiday classics, jazz and blues standards and rock songs made for an enjoyable and relaxing evening.
Wonderful. Will return.
We were there for Motown Monday and it was a bit slow but the singer put on a show for us as if there were a 100 people there! He was absolutely awesome! The owner was wonderful. We danced and had a wonderful night. I can’t remember when I’ve had a better time. We are from out of town but when we return to Ft Lauderdale this will be the first place we will go back to for good food, drinks and great entertainment.
Good neighborhood place for live music and drinks. Our waiter was attentive and pleasant. Eat before you go, though. The menu consists of small appetizers and desserts. Trying to make a dinner out of the food offered was difficult and expensive. Next time we will know to go there as an after dinner venue.
This place is amazing. I love it. The food, the service and the ambiance was incredible.
The food and the ambience was wonderful. Mondays are the best. The live entertainment was wonderful
Good music. Food is good. Not very flexible on substitutes. Servers very good. The decor needs help but I am sure success will allow further investment in decoration.
The food here was very good. The lighting was very dim, and it was hard to read the menu. I had the perogie, which are not usually found in a restaurant.
