One of our best meals in Calgary ever. Food was excellent and the service exceptional. It is a pricey evening, especially if you choose the elite wine pairing. But it was an outstanding experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an upscale memorable dining experience.

Awesome new fine dining restaurant. Love the interior and service. Food was very good but there is room for some improvement on some courses. Definitely top restaurant in Calgary.

From start to finish, our evening at Gatsby’s was nothing short of unforgettable. Our server, David, was truly phenomenal—attentive, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He elevated the entire dining experience with his warm demeanor and impeccable service. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was crafted with care and bursting with flavor, reflecting the culinary excellence Gatsby’s is known for. To top it all off, the Chef Asher personally came out to speak with us—a thoughtful touch that made the night feel even more special. The ambiance, the service, the food—everything exceeded our expectations. It wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience. Highly recommended!

Elegant fine dining experience. The price matches the beautiful attention detail experience… every detail is set out from the moment you are seated to the moment you leave. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy a special evening/date. I’ve dined in some of the most prestigious restaurants in the world and the Gatsby is in my top favourites. So happy we have this in Calgary :-)

Amazing service, had 3-4 waiters mulling around our table all evening attending to our every need. Every dish was unique and amazingly presented, and delicious! Perfect date night location. Get the 9 course tasting menu, perfect amount of food!

This is one of the finest restaurants we have ever dined at. The tasting menu concept is fabulous. For what you are getting, the pricing is in line. I have never experienced the quality of service and attention to detail that we saw here. This is a restaurant that truly makes a special occasion that much more special. Not a family restaurant, but can’t be matched for intimate dining.
