First time dining at Gatsby's. The steaks were excellent-prepared just like we ordered them. Outstanding wine list. Delicious Old Fashioned cocktail. Lara, our server, took wonderful care of us. Can't wait to return.

What a beautifully appointed dining room! The woodwork is exquisite. The tables and place settings are elegant. A wonderful location for a special occasion. Service was top-notch. Very attentive! The food presentation was as appealing as you will find anywhere. Not surprisingly, the food did not disappoint. Prepared and served to perfection. Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommended.

Made reservations for two in the piano bar. Was under the assumption there was piano music during dinner, but it’s only on Wednesday and Friday. Half of the piano area was walled off for a wedding. We were greeted by our waitress who barely smiled and seemed to be uninterested in being there. We started with the peppers as our appetizer which came recommended by a friend. When our (different server) brought it to the table - she placed it on the opposite side of where we were sitting (it was a table for four & there were two of us) - very impersonal. Peppers were average - but we wouldn’t get them again. I ordered the filet tip appetizer and it was good, but very overcooked. I did ask the we’re just how it was cooked and she said medium. I feel like it was beyond that. My husband ordered the phone in ribeye with onions and thought it was amazing. Overall, this was a good place to eat within the resort, but our waitress really made it a disappointing experience.

We love Gatsby’s! Always a great meal and the Bartender is spot on. The service is always good but Laura is what makes it so special. She is honest and informative about what to order. She always remembers what we like and don’t like and makes every visit special.
