Made reservations for two in the piano bar. Was under the assumption there was piano music during dinner, but it’s only on Wednesday and Friday. Half of the piano area was walled off for a wedding. We were greeted by our waitress who barely smiled and seemed to be uninterested in being there. We started with the peppers as our appetizer which came recommended by a friend. When our (different server) brought it to the table - she placed it on the opposite side of where we were sitting (it was a table for four & there were two of us) - very impersonal. Peppers were average - but we wouldn’t get them again. I ordered the filet tip appetizer and it was good, but very overcooked. I did ask the we’re just how it was cooked and she said medium. I feel like it was beyond that. My husband ordered the phone in ribeye with onions and thought it was amazing. Overall, this was a good place to eat within the resort, but our waitress really made it a disappointing experience.

We love Gatsby’s! Always a great meal and the Bartender is spot on. The service is always good but Laura is what makes it so special. She is honest and informative about what to order. She always remembers what we like and don’t like and makes every visit special.

Celebrating my wife’s birthday, I couldn’t have selected a better venue. The food, service and ambiance were great, enhanced by the piano playing performance by a truly talented pianist.

First of all the service there was great! Our waitress Lara was excellent ! My wife had the Wagu Bolognese ravioli. She was very happy with her meal. The salads were good. I had the swordfish with lo mein. The sword fish presentation looked good, but that meal was extremely salty and ruined the flavor of it like extra salt was added to a already salty dish other than that all the food was good, but it kind of ruined my meal by having an extreme amount of salt on it. again, the service was great the waitress and the other table servers as well were professional and did a great job and the piano man was great also.
