Gather in Omaha is an epic dining experience. Once inside our historic urban-chic setting, modern eclectic cuisine awaits as our chefs prepare dishes from our year-round hydroponic farm. Guests can enjoy artisan-inspired drinks on our outdoor patios or at our craftsman-style bar, right in the heart of the historic Old Market.

Gather in Omaha is the first and only restaurant in town to offer an on-site hydroponic vertical farm with fresh produce, greens, and herbs, all hand-picked daily by our culinary team.

Came to Gather to celebrate a birthday and our experience was 10/10! Our server was wonderful, food was absolutely delicious and brought to us much quicker than I expected for the amount of customers in the restaurant at 7:30 on a beautiful Saturday night. We can’t wait to go back!

From start to finish this restaurant was amazing! They hit all five senses!! Sight-View, seated at the front of the restaurant by the window, Smell- food cooking with spices and wine sauce , hearing - atmosphere, faint music with people laughing but could enjoy your own tables conversation, touch- friendly staff, smiling and made eye contact while speaking to you, and taste-fresh with so many unique flavors.

My first impression was that it was less ‘upscale’ than what I anticipated. The person who I believed to be the manager was wearing jeans and a flannel shirt, which is less than what the manager at a Longhorn steakhouse or something of the sort would wear, which surprised me. Attendance was down on our dining night as it was St Patrick’s day so the noise level was moderate on this particular visit. Our service and our server were fabulous. Attentive but not overbearing, accommodating, and friendly with good timing. Food was good and cooked well but overall it just wasn’t as good as I thought it was going to be. Overall, I would try somewhere else before going back.

Our cousins were driving through from Michigan to Oregon. They are foodies and could not believe what a wonderful dining experience we had. Erica and Tara along with all the other servers made our dinner wonderful. Everything was extremely delicious.

Shared several small plates which were all great but the broccolini was outstanding. Seeing the grow stands where all the greens are grown in the basement was an added benefit.

Went to gather to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Was blown away be the delicious food! The pork buns were so delightful, we wished that we had been able to eat more! Then we ordered the truffle pasta and the elk bolognese, we were moved to tears a little bit. (Mental note: wear waterproof mascara) THEN they let my sister pick out a birthday dessert and that was AMAZING too! It was the spiced cheesecake. Wow. So darn delicious. Definitely have to go back, and soon! Both of us chose one drink. I don’t remember the name of the drinks-but both had complex flavors that blended beautifully and I believe was worth every cent.

My fiancé ordered the Waygu steak to be cooked medium and it came out very rare. My pasta wasn’t cooked great it was more crunchy than soft. And the pasta dish needed some salt. Overall the price we paid for dinner was not reflected in the food and we don’t feel the need to go back.

The food is soooo good. I can’t stop eating even when I’m full!! The mushroom and Brie appetizer is like a little burst of heaven on your taste buds. The ELK BOLOGNESE is so delish there’s no need to think you’ll take a box home. I’d eat here everyday if I could!!

The food is always delicious. Gluten free options are clearly marked, and they have many gluten free options. Marky Mark was our server again today, and he does an exceptional job. Gather has become my favorite restaurant in Omaha.

We had outstanding food after a little snafu with our order. We loved the appetizers, house salad, chocolate torte, etc. The lobster chowder was heaven. Awesome meal!

Ladies dinner night was planned for a month since we all have schedules. My friend and I have been looking forward to this dinner for weeks and Gather did not disappoint. Three of our friends canceled last minute or an hour before our reservation so I did called to change the reservation. Everyone was very accommodating and very pleasant. I love the staff.

The dining experience was fabulous. Unfortunately, I was trying to use an Open Table $100 Mastercard which was denied. I contacted Open Table from the restaurant and had one of the Open Table representatives talk to the manager and there was still no resolution and I was unable to use the $100 - VERY disappointed in Open Table!!!!
