We were a group of 4 and were seated in a booth. Service was prompt and drinks were great. Surf and turf for me and NYStrip was perfect-tender. Lobster for the surf was equally as good and served conveniently split in half, making it easy to enjoy. Everyone else had different menu items but were said to be equally good as well. Booth was tight -should have gotten a table. We had some leftovers and would have preferred a recyclable or better yet a BPI compostable container but we left with plastic #6 clam container that ends up as trash.

Beautiful property. Poor parking on a busy night, both lot and tables were full. We needed to park across the street. Weather was decent but if it was cold, snowy, and icy, wouldn’t be a good start. Food was very good. Something for every’s taste. Our server was very well versed in the menu and answered everything right away. Unfortunately our table was right next to kitchen, which is exposed, and did affect our conversation. In making reservation, open table asked if there was a special occasion, and birthday was noted. I don’t know if open table didn’t forward the information or if Gary’s ignored it. There was no acknowledgment and the person we were celebrating didn’t want anything said. Sad, because the table next to us had 3 celebrations acknowledged at their table

We had a wonderful birthday dinner at Gary’s! Their popovers are fabulous. I always get the muscles, they are delicious. Messy, but delicious and so worth it!

All in all great experience. Met family there for lunch and to visit the sip and shop event. We had an extra guest attend and they were able to accommodate additional seating although it was booked and busy. Lunch was wonderful. Had only had suppers there before.

We returned for our second occasion dining here and brought our son and his girlfriend for a Birthday. The food, service and atmosphere was terrific. No disappointments. Thanks for providing another great dining experience! We will definitely return.

First time we went we were blown away! Everyone and everything was amazing! This time we went for my sons birthday and felt very dismissed, our server was not attentive, forgot our drinks 3 different times. Sat for 15 minutes when we got there with no acknowledgement. We were disappointed but the food…. Boy! Soooo good!!

All four of us were very happy with the lunch experience at Gary’s. The red velvet cake was probably the only negative (it was quite dry) but everything else was great and the service was Excellent. We all plan to go back again.

Loved the ambiance & decor here. Service was very nice. Cocktails (smoked old fashioneds) were AMAZING! Presentation of food looked very nice. Wanted to love this place as we are big supper club fans but a few things were off enough that we just didn't have that love feeling - very dirty mirror walls in dining area, side salads were served with dinner entree/sides instead of as a first course, grilled lobster was overcooked & tough.

Enjoyed our first visit to Gary's. My wife's lemon drop martini was too sweet for her liking but my Manhattan was excellent. The cioppino was tasty but the crab legs were not quite easy enough to eat with the utensils provided. Will definitely be going back to this nice find in our new neighborhood!

The presentation was not good. The food came out fast and was lacking presentation. I ordered a loaded potato and came out with sour cream but no butter. When our waiter realized he bought out the other ingredients, but shared between two people. Steak was perfect.

Noise level was horrible energetic. So loud and noisy I will never go back. Couldn’t converse. Awful acoustics although food was good. Loud atmosphere makes a bad experience. Why do you rate it energetic as if that’s a positive. I mean really, why go out if you can’t enjoy company.

Menu choices covered a broad spectrum of choices. Our group had the fettuccine, pot pie, Cajun fettuccine, and Parmesan crusted walleye and all of them were excellent. Definitely a worthwhile experience.

First visit to Gary’s. Service was pleasant and food was good except for the crab cakes which tasted good but were mushy. Over-all a good experience though. We’ll be back to explore the rest of the menu.

Were seated immediately by friendly host that wished ua a happy anniverrsay. Waiter came to table shortly after we were seated. He explained the specials and took our order after we studied the menu. A nice feature I liked was the appitzer was brought to the table soon after taking our order. Both our foods were delicious and there was an ample amount . The one negative thing was the chairs were very hard and uncomfortable. Will be back soon.

Gary's is an awesome place to go to. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Server was very nice and quick. Food was hot when served and very, very good. Prices are a little on the high side but very worth every penny. Loved the place and a great selection of dishes and some very good specials. Will go back. Thank you Gary's.

We celebrated our anniversary which I noted on our reservation, when seated for the evening we were in hall like area which was a traffic area of both servers and patrons. Our service was excellent and drinks from the bar were fabulous. My appetizer and entree was fantastic, my husband felt his lobster and sides were ok.

We have been waiting to go! We finally met a group of friends for our 8 year olds birthday dinner. It exceeded our expectations! The food and drinks were excellent. The experience was amazing! The wait staff and manager went above and beyond to give her the best birthday ever. Will be coming back often!
