Having a culinary passion for over 35 years, Chef Gar is combining classic Italian dishes and pub fare with his newly crafted menu. We offer superior food, service and hospitality in our newly remodeled restaurant. Our key is our use of the freshest and finest ingredients available, which is shown through our pastas, made in-house with a pasta machine imported from Milan. Also, our hand-crafted desserts show our commitment to please every palate! Choose from Chef’s choice of skirt steak with a glass of wine from our exceptional wine list, or the chicken parmesan sandwich with one of three imported draft beers. Cheering on your favorite sports team is easy with the addition of seven flat screen TV’s throughout the restaurant, plus one on the patio! Join us at Garsillos Italian Bar & Grill in Hoffman Estates, IL for lunch or dinner in a relaxed atmosphere and our tasteful menu.     Service was good. Food was plentiful, but inconsistent. Both my wife and I had veal, one piece of each entree was thin ( pounded well ) yet the second piece was thick. Flavors were not as expected. Will not be going back in the near future.

    Excellent menu. Great Service. Our dinner was very good. Huge portions. Will definitely return and highly recommend to family and friends.

    We came here many years ago when the restaurant was LaDonna (loved and still miss it). Also tried the restaurants that came after, too. The food here was good, not great. My husband and I are not big on entertainment during the meal, so we could have done without the singer when we were there on a Saturday night.

    Yummy food, reasonable price, and enough food for another night's meal. The sauce on my husband's pasta was outstanding! This was our first visit and we will definitely return.
