When we arrived, the place is beautiful inside and has a lovely ambiance. That is where the fine dining experience ends. The staff were very friendly however the service was very slow and unattentive. It took 30 minutes to get our drink order. Our server never came back to check on us after delivering our entrees. I ordered the Garlic Old Fashioned which was cloyingly sweet and undrinkable. We odered the Jerk Shrimp, lobster Ravioli, and Honey Salmon. The shrimp was cooked well but tasted nothing like what I would call Jerk Shrimp. There was no spice and it tasted lile sweet and sour. The veggies were watery and bland. The rice was well cooked but also bland. The Lobster Ravioli was pretty good. The salmon was well cooked. The server warned us it was a VERY spicy dish. There was absolutely no heat at all. The sauce was watery and bland. The vegetables were also watery and bland. Perhaps my expectaions are too high, however there was nothing fine dining about this dining experience. We will be be coming back

   The food could have been better. The spicy honey salmon was good but lacked the spice. The garlic Caesar lacked garlic and had way too much Caesar dressing on it. The anchovies seamed like it was pulled right out of a can. I asked for them to hold the roasted potatoes because I wouldn’t eat them but they still brought it out which is waste of food. The truffle fries had truffle oil and not actual truffles. Service was great. Ambiance was the best part.

   The food and ambiance was great as usual. It's my 3rd time there. I'm always lucky to get the best servers. The Mother's Day drink was the bomb. My table of 3 had 2 shellfish allergy, and we were able to find great meals to eat.

    Our first time visiting Garlic and we were very impressed! Service , atmosphere, drinks and food were all unique and fantastic ! Love the choices on the menu ! Well worth a drive from Lackawanna County ! We ll definitely be back !

    I have been hearing good things about Garlic restaurant for a while now. I took my GF there Saturday night. Although the menu is limited, they certainly know what they are doing in the kitchen. The food was cooked to perfection and the service was outstanding. This is a perfect place for a romantic date. The ambiance is excellent. I am already looking forward to my next visit. I am lucky to have such a fantastic restaurant in my town.

    Absolutely excellent! The drinks are incredibly amazing. We enjoyed the salmon and the shrimp and loved the fried rice. The ambiance is wonderful. We highly recommend this restaurant.

    This place was spot on with everything. The server was knowledgeable about the food and drinks. The food was absolutely delicious. We were her on a Saturday which is their mystery drink night. You can pick your base of bourbon or tequila and the bartender works her magic to make a delicious surprise cocktail. We will definitely return.

    My wife and I went there to celebrate our 13 year wedding anniversary and couldn’t have had a better experience than what Garlic provided us. The food was outstanding, the ambiance was mellow and sorta romantic. It was quiet, but not uncomfortably quiet. The service was impeccable and our waitress was attentive, respectful and personable. 10 out of 10 would recommend this for anyone looking for a high quality dining experience.

    Bar is very big and looked great but we had a reservation at a table for 8pm. We ordered a Caesar Salad, and 2 - 18oz Ribeye steaks which were cooked to a medium rare perfection!!! Truffle Fries and Mac and Cheese. Everything was great including our waitress and drinks, we will definitely return!!!

    I’ve been here twice and the service is good the drinks are good and the food is decent. The appetizer we had was a crabmeat ceviche type dish that was popular but was too sweet. We were told that they were out of rice so they were substituting the rice for potatoes but patrons who came in and ordered after us had rice on their plate. It would have been nice if the server came back and said there is now rice, do you want that instead of potatoes. The Mac and cheese was runny. Overall I would probably try this place again because my first experience with it was better than the second.

    We were in the area visiting from NY/NJ and when inquiring about a nice place to celebrate our anniversary Garlic was a popular one amongst the people. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint.     Excellent food and ambiance. The staff is friendly and efficient and the manager came to our table to make sure everything was fine. The drinks are amazing! I had a passion fruit mojito that was out of this world!!! I highly recommend this fine dining restaurant.
