The food was absolutely impeccable, I could not fault the food at all, it was so fresh and bought out at a reasonable time compared the starters, and the wait staff were unreal they were so kinda and friendly and ensured a great experience, I havent been to Garfish for about 4 years now but so glad I chose to come and book for my partners birthday, it was his first time and he was absolutely blown away and he had the best first experience

We had an excellent dinner at Garfish, service as always was super good, and our entrees and main courses were all excellent. We will definitely be back!

We have been going to Garfish for many years now and have to say that we have always found the dishes to be exceptional. However, today (March 2025), we were a little disappointed with the quality of two dishes. The salt & pepper squid was pretty good but the old version was tastier (no batter, a little fresh chilli & harissa on the side). We then had the fish & chips, hake was used which was fine but quite large fillets and the chips were a little soft. I believe previously, flathead was used and the batter was super light and crunchy and the chips were always a highlight...super crunchy also. The sashimi was excellent.
