Went to Gardenia for my first wedding anniversary, amd quite frankly it was ruined. Waited 5 minutes to be seated despite there being 8 others in the resturant and 4 servers about. Then once seated waited 25 minutes before a drinks order was taken, with now about 12 people in the resturant. We ordered a bread course which came out after the starters did, and they were all very nice, but the mains then took another 40 minutes to come out. And normally i dont mind the wait but with about 14 people in the resturant and waiting that long for a med rare steak, some fries, and a piece of seabass, all that were very underwhelming was ridiculous. Not to mention the fries came out AFTER we had finished mains. We then waited about 20 minutes to get the table cleared and get dessert menus. Nothing to say about desserts, they were okay. Will deffo not be returning. I feel extremely sorry for the waitresses this night tho as they were running around and dealing with other tables complaints also and looked tired and fed up, meanwhile there were 2 seniour men who did absolutely nothing all night other than clear the odd table here and there. The waitresses are a credid to the resturant.

Menu not updated as each course had an item unavailable should be reprinted as apparently this is ongoing. Vegetables, although plentiful, were not cooked properly, in particular the carrots which had just been heated but not cooked, not even al dente. Good sized portions and apart from the above an enjoyable meal.

A beautiful three course meal .The roast pork and crackling was cooked to perfection along with all the trimmings. A stunning dinning room, with an understated elegance. Excellent service, faultless in fact! Great value for money too. Had a truly wonderful afternoon and took our coffees out to the terrace after our meal to enjoy the view of the garden which was a perfect way to complete our visit.

We purchased a Travel Zoo voucher for a 3 course Sunday Lunch at Eastwell Manor. Great value for money amazing settings and the food to die for. Can’t recommend this experience highly enough

We ate here using a travel zoo voucher. Great value for money as we only paid £45 for a 3 course Sunday lunch each but the quality I would go again and pay the full amount. Really good service, lovely setting and delicious food. Will be returning.

Food was lovely, great ambience, service a little slow waitresses walking past tables with empty plates could manage their time motion skills a bit better but was fine to wait as we were enjoying the evening, maître de was brilliant sorry I did not get his name he worked very hard to make the evening enjoyable.

Waited an hour for our main course and had to chase up ourselves as staff did not notice. Experienced poor/ slow service last few times we have been here… they either need to up staff levels or open the spa restaurant for dinner as they seem unable to cope.

We had an excellent evening at Gardenia restaurant. The staff were welcoming, courteous and helpful. The dining room was full of character and ambiance. We were able to choose our own table. The main courses, served on hot plates, and the dessert and cheeseboard were delicious and the perfect quantity for us. We had a thoroughly enjoyable meal, which was enhanced by a surprise platter, decorated with Happy Anniversary, a macaron and fresh fruit. Thank you all for making our anniversary dinner so special!
