Thanks to staff - we had a bit of a wait and they held breakfast for those of us in line! Ryan was great as always!! Yummy creme brûlée toast and pancakes!

The front-end management was surprisingly horrible. We had breakfast reservations for 9:30am, and were not seated until 10:00am, with no explanation from any front-end staff for the wait. Uncharacteristically bad customer service.

I made reservations on line for 11:30am. I get there at 11:20am and make an inquiry in reference to my reservations and was inform that there system was down and I needed to stand in line. We were seated at 11:50am and was given a Breakfast menu, once the waiter came to our table I asked for a lunch menu and was informed they were still serving Breakfast and would not be serving lunch for another 25 minutes. We got up and went to the counter an attempted to order lunch to go, but they were not taking orders. I was asked if I wanted to talk with the manager from a staff member. Why should I waste my time talking to the manager of an organization that is not doing there job. Breakfast is from 8:00-11:00 am. Why didn’t lunch start at 11:00 am, why is your computer system down. This facility is not being managed properly! Very bad experience!
