   Don’t go for the food poor veggie options and bland. Service was fantastic waiter couldn’t have been any better super guy great character. Cocktails were poor. Go for the atmosphere not the food. Shame there was not dinner tables on the terrace

   Great spot for a drink or quick bite. Went with my wife before dinner. Great location and beautiful views. Seating on indoor terrace all faces in looking at bar vs. facing out looking out onto beautiful Manhattan views. Odd. Drinks are very good. Definitely make a reservation. Won’t even let you up without one.

   Great view. Too loud in the table area for a meal. Side area uncomfortable for a meal. Limited menu. The complaint was largely the noise - not possible to have a work dinner there.

    Fuimos con reserva a las 16 hs para disfrutar el sunset y no nos dejaban subir xq habia un evento privado y no pudimos disfrutar de la roof top mal que no avisaron asi no ibamos liego nos invitaron en PB un champagne pero no es lo mismo ... no pudimos disfrutarlo a la terraza .... tampoco nos ofrecieron ir otro dia ah solo nos permitierin sacar una foto del balcon....

    We went for a drink/dinner on Sunday night. Waited 1 hour for a glass of wine. Food came afterwards. Food was ok. The waiter apologised a lot, with the excuse that there was only one chef for the 2 bars. Unacceptable for such a place. We don't recommend the place.

    extrêmement dessus car après avoir réserver une table pour manger à 20H30, nous avons attendu notre commande pour un verre pendant 40mn, une fois servi la serveuse nous a annoncer que la cuisine a fermer à 21H00. plus de restaurant ouvert dans le secteur... notre dernière soir à New York gâcher par votre faute.

    I leave in Nj. 10/10 I been in NYC rooftop bar and I paid my American Experience platinum credit card. waiters was hold my card for long time… few days after I found, somebody did another transaction around 1000$ in NYC. Will see after investigation. never happened with me before and I don’t even go to NY(

    We went in for our reservation. A host seated us in our table and nobody came with a menu or asking for drinks order. We waited for like 20 minutes and since nobody stop to take our order, we left. Place wasnt that busy, so this is not the reason for so bad service

    We walked out. Only a roof top view if you stand outside. NO service. If you want to stand on the terrace there is no bar service. Get it yourself with a QR code. An average bottle of wine e was £100. Music was extremely loud so don't know how they would hear our order. Very dark in dining area.

    Service and music were decent, but the the cost for food and drinks are egregiously overpriced! $24 aperol spritz, $26 margaritas, $32 for a burger simply because bacon was added for $10. It’s the last time I’ll be patronizing this rooftop. The prices don’t make sense for what you get. Thanks but no thanks!!

    Wonderful birthday drinks and dinner for a friend. The food is absolutely delicious, and you can't beat the sunset views. Service is great, although food delivery time can be slow depending on the volume as it's a shared kitchen with the hotel.

    The food was very disappointing. Seafood ceviche turned to be just raw not well marinated shrimps. The views are great though.

    Was a waste of an evening. Made reservations for 9.30pm and upon arrival was told the bar will close at 10pm. Why bother accepting reservation for 30min only, there was no warning when making the reservation

    The ambiance was amazing but the service was poor. I went with 2 of my other friends and they kept looking down on us, cutting us off mid-sentence, and even ignored us for a huge majority of the night. Would not go back at all.
