    Late night wagyu burgers every first Friday starting at 9:30! This booking represents one delicious house-ground wagyu burger (we portion and prepare the beef specially for reservations, so we tragically cannot accommodate burger walk-ins). Lunch with a girlfriend. Overall the food was great, good price, service was so so…. We sat there for 2 hours catching up and water refills happened only once. Restaurant was almost empty so they weren’t trying to get rid of us.

When we arrived at the restaurant we realized that they only had two fixed priced menu offerings. This was different from the menu presented on OpenTable. Since we had driven here from our airport hotel, and it was getting late, we stayed. The food was very good. It just wasn't what we were expecting and ended up costing more than we had planned.

What a great experience we had at G&R! This is food on another level of food...this is an experience, not just dinner. My sister and I came on a Saturday night and we were in awe-the food, the service (our server was Connor and he was THE BEST!), the bar-tenders were masters at their craft (Christmas-y Cocktails), and everyone else there was just outstanding (we even had one of the cooks bring out a dish and explain it to us in detail!), it's truly an experience unlike any other in Spokane. WE WILL BE BACK!! Thank you G&R!

We were disappointed that the menu was not where close to the one we viewed online. My husband was put of by there being no prices for menu items. Also, he doesn’t drink alcohol, preferring diet cola; they had none but offered to make him an inhouse drink. He eventually left and my friend and C I stayed on and enjoyed our meals quite a bit. Sadly, I won’t be going back because I enjoy dining out with my husband.

The drinks and the service were amazing. Both the bartender and our server did a tremendous job. The dinner was very good. Most of it was excellent.... There was one dish that was ordered off the 'bar' menu that was not up to par with the rest of the dinner. It was steak bites of a sort... the meat was overcooked, and it had cooled off too much before serving. It was also overly salty. The other dishes we had were all tremendous! I will definitely be back!!

Chef Peter crafted an amazing experience of food, drink and environment. We are looking forward to going back to this fine dining establishment. Any traveler that’s been to Italy needs to make their way to Gander & Ryegrass.

We had dinner here for our 10 year anniversary. We got the Chef’s marathon menu and it was excellent. Not a single bad bite in the whole meal. Service was top notch and we got so much food that we felt like the Chef’s Marathon was an excellent value. We heartily enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it to others and plan to come back again!

Our wait staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our food was to die for and we loved the chance to try dishes that we would normally never order. The price point was a little spendy but the experience was well worth it! We'll definitely be back again!

We chose to have the Chef's Marathon six course dinner. It was fabulous!!! The timing of each course was spot on, not rushed. The food was so amazing. The chef did an awesome job of combining different textures and flavors of the food. The presentation of each dish was wonderful as well.
The servers were very personable, knowledgeable, and did a great job!!!
Overall we had a very, very enjoyable experience at Gander and Ryegrass as we celebrated our 48th wedding anniversary. We highly recommend having dinner here for a nice evening out or a special occasion.
They get 5 stars from us!!! Thank you Chef and Staff!!!

Gander & Ryegrass was so good I didn't even start photographing until my husband reminded me. There were so many nibbles we are now going to rave about. My husband found bliss eating the pork! And the oysters...that he said he didn't like before last night. I, however, am going to rave most about the scallop with radish puree, the handmade pastas, the cheese course and that Gin meringue we finished with!

Not to mention the beautiful wines they matched to each course. The surprise was a red from Horse Heaven Hills (what's that? A local on the list?). I really wish I remembered to write down the name of the fortified red we had with our cheese! I will now go hunting for it.

And then the service. Our waiter promised us surprises, a comfortably full tummy, and happiness. He delivered! Plus he was extremely knowledgeable about where the wines came from and why they paired with each course.

The atmosphere reminded me of some of the private clubs I've been fortunate to visit in other cities. Intimate and beautiful! But also accessible without a membership or months long wait-list. Plus the interesting art and beautiful alcohol display had me wishing I'd brought my glasses to see all the details on the top shelves and far walls.

This was truly a special treat for my birthday!

Our party of four enjoyed the tasting menu and everything we were served was amazing! (As always). Noele was our waitress and she was so good. Very knowledgeable regarding wines, and the menu, attentive and fun!
We had a memorable experience and our tastebuds are still singing.

This was our first time there. It was wonderfully different. all the menu options were unique, and full of flavor, and rare combinations...especially for the 'usual' Spokane Appetite. I would recommended it to my friends...I would recommend it to all other Spokane residents who need to 'step out of the box', and do some thing different and open their minds.

This is a wonderful place to have "dining experience." There are a la carte items, but I recommend doing one of the "course" meals. We were a little short on time so just did the 3 course, but will be back when we have more time for the Chef's Marathon course meal.

This is a lovely, take your time, enjoy lots of flavors in small plate courses kind of deal. Everything was delicious, adventurous and beautiful to look at as well. Really nice experience. I highly recommend it.
