I went to GameTime with my whole team after work (party of 10). I was very content at first, but when I received my buffalo chicken sandwich for dinner, I was a little concerned that there was barely any chicken on it. It was honestly all fried crumbs. As a returning customer (second time) I had really boasted to my team about the great food, portion sizes, and environment. I had ordered the same sandwich my first time, so I was very excited to have it again. A fellow person in my party also ordered the same exact sandwich and that person's sandwich had a large portion of chicken. We were all surprised with the differences of the sandwiches. As a customer who is spending over $100, I would have expected my server to understand my concern, and maybe contact the manager? Instead, he brought the cook out and the "cook" attempted to explain to me the cooking process and portion sizes. He culminated by saying that if I wanted more chicken, then I needed to pay for more. To me, this was very unprofessional; moreover, embarrassing. Since when does a cook have to come out of the kitchen to explain to a customer about portion sizes? At this moment, I had to ask the server to get the manager. There was a male manager on duty who was very respectful and understanding of the situation. I think he was even surprised that the cook came out of the kitchen. As a management staff myself, I was appalled at how it was all handled. I would like to hear back from someone at your corporate office, because I am really concerned with the way your restaurant handles these types of situations.

As a first time guest and on Mothers Day it was Great. The food was a good choice, but it was a bit cold. The Manager Johnny and our server Isa(took care of 14, alone) were Great. We had an incident with a third party(employee)who was extremely rude towards our server, but Johnny took care of it quickly and even gifted us with something for the kids. We would definitely return and invite others. Location is Great as well.

Good menu with food that’s not too expensive. Great place to watch a game because there’s multiple TV’s playing every sports game that is on TV at the time.

Did an online reservation and when we got there to validate it they told me to wait 1 hour with lots of availables tables and later find out that the 2nd floor restaurant was close because not enough team members to assist.It was my first and last visit.

We planned a surprise party for my husband for his birthday/graduation/and our anniversary. We couldn’t have picked a better place to eat, get drunk, and play games with close friends and family.
