I feel like I've written quite a few reviews for this location. I'm a Las Vegas local and I have to say out of all of the restaurants on the strip as well as off the strip this is one of my favorites. The food is always wonderful, the staff there truly works like a team. And regardless if you're there for a special occasion or just a great meal You will be well taken care of. I typically like my meat cooked medium well to well done my partner normally likes it more on the medium or rare side and they always ensure to bring something for both of us. Two of my favorite non meat items would have to be baked cheese with spicy honey as well as their pineapple. Plus the strawberry Brazilian lemonade alone is worth the trip. Can't wait to visit again and soon!

Good meat, but constantly overwhelming. Unfortunately, meat was bloody and splashed onto my white shirt . :( as well as my white sweater when servers where passing.

Both food and service were amazing. Everyone who worked on Thanksgiving made us feel extremely welcome despite working on a US holiday. The amount of food for the price is perfect. Even changing out used plates and refilling our drinks never requires asking…it just happened at the right time. Looking forward to our next visit when friends come in to town.

Really enjoyed this 1st time experience. Our chef was Edgar and he was AMAZING!! This is such a neat unique memorable experience. Not only is the food GREAT but the show put on by our chef made it even more great. I looked around a bit and noticed other tables were having just as MUCH fun as we were, I might add!!

This is our favorite Brazilian steakhouse in the Las Vegas area. Quality of the meats is good, the bacon on the salad bar is delicious, and the service is the best. They take great care of their customers. Love it there! It is well worth the money.

Another great experience at Galpao Gaucho — still my favorite Brazilian Steakhouse in Vegas (and I’ve been to them all.) Fantastic service, a plentiful “salad” bar but most importantly a free flowing selection of all things meat. Great quality, great cuts, however YOU like them cooked. Also LOVED the dried cheese (with honey if you are a fan) and the plantain and hot pineapple combined make for an excellent finisher. Priced nicely, will return.

The meats came out fast and there were so many choices to choose from.I was so happy that the gauchos remembered that I do not eat pork or lamb and would skip my table instead of me constantly saying no.The ambience is great.The place can be hard to find for someone new since it is tucked away at the corner on the other side of the building.The

It was a very classy and professionally run place. The food from the salad bar was placed beautifully and regularly checked to ensure top quality. Our table was checked with regularity to ensure our drinks were topped off accordingly and our little cards were always checked before a server came with more meats to try. One person in our group doesn’t eat red meat due to health reasons so they made sure to direct the servers with fish, shrimp and chicken item’s especially towards us. Overall a fantastic experience.

We have a Galpão back home in San Antonio but this was an amazing experience. The flavors of all the meat were outstanding and the salad bar was equipped with many choices. Overall great experience we will be back next time we’re in Vegas!
