Serving and preserving the Gaucho’s culture and the authentic dining tradition of the Brazilian cowboy of grilled meats and fresh salads.
With 17 different cuts of meats, ranging from beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and fish, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Hearts of palm, artichoke, sweet beets, asparagus, caprese salad, imported cheeses, and cured meats are only some of the almost 40 items that our gourmet salad bar offers.

                                    We received exceptional service at Galpão! Bruno, Talita, and the entire team delivered outstanding performance. My Japanese customer was not only impressed with the food but also with the exceptional service. It was truly impressive! I highly recommend Galpao and commend the team for their great work.                                     The restaurant was keen to please and the food was good but not excellent. My Brazilian waiters knew what good looked like. Others were a bit clueless. The salad bar misses palm hearts!

                                    The Grilled pineapple was amazing. They also had steak wrapped in gold that was pretty interesting. All of the meats were cooked to perfection.

                                    The Fashion Show mall has its parking challenges. Once seated the service and attention is focused and polite. So much to choose from on the salad bar. The Staff are so friendly and welcoming. We’ve tried so many unique dishes! Gold encrusted steak, Cheese with honey drizzle, garlic steak, little chicken legs and our favorite was the Lamp Chops! It was Alan’s Birthday, he got choice from the dessert cart. Molten Chocolate cake was a must. We have to bring friends next time!

                                    Good was great. I loved the cheese and honey. The Brazilian limeade is my favorite. The staff was very nice and check on us to ensure everything was good. They would also bring us a fresh plate. Lastly, their tres leches cake is one of the best I’ve had.

                                    The most incredible meal! The 24k crusted Steak was simply to die for! And the Beef short ribs! And that Salad Bar! In fact I couldn’t fault anything!! Will be back yearly!
