Galley- Hilton West Palm Beach
Jason, our waiter is the absolute best! The food and music were on point as well. My boyfriend and I had an overall great experience.
We loved Galley! I was able to get a table for a huge group and every one loved it. Hidden gem!
Overall very good food and service. A little pricey and the band a bit loud but a nice spot.
Mother's Day buffet brunch was a major disappointment. The items advertised on their web page were not offered at the actual meal. They ran out of several items. The food was cold. For a $70 fixed charge you did not get even close to good value.
Mothers say special wasn’t special. Food was cold, coffee was cold. Drinks were watered down omelette bar was terrible and so was the cook. No breakfast items available and seafood was advertised and not delivered.
We sat outside - beautiful atmosphere bird pooped on my place setting- wait staff only took fork away, had to ask for my knife and plate to be exchanged and to wipe table.
Never came back ask our other server to help and she did. No sense of urgency, didn’t care!
Music was so loud band was average
Would not come back due to service and expensive did not equal value
Very attentive to beeds
Great atmosphere and food
Octopus was excellent. Tuna tartar was very good. The short ribs were very fatty. Very tender but overwhelmingly greasy. The asparagus side was tough.
Waitress was great and the environment was very enjoyable.
My 2nd time in 2 weeks. Very pretty place. Wanted a hamburger and it was as good as the first time. However, the truffle fries were very disappointing this time. They were not the hand-cut type as before no skin on them and looked like commercial ones all cheap places serve. There was hardly a truffle taste. Two weeks ago they were great and our whole table commented about them.
The service was fine. I worry about the consistency of this place.
The Hilton has totally renovated the Galley Restaurant, it has a wonderful atmosphere, the food was excellent, the best burrata I have ever had and our waiter, George was exceptional.
Overall great experience, get the truffle fries and fresh baked cookie.
First time visit. Outdoor seating is stunning. We forgot we were in the middle of the city. Food was OK. We ordered two cocktails neither we were crazy about and they took FOREVER to get to our table. My suggestion would be to come and grab a glass of wine and appetizer, sit by the fire outside, and grab dinner elsewhere.
Our server was very personable and provided fine service The food was mediocre we started with sushi it was decent ordered sashimi which was NOT good. I had a main dish salad it was ok.
The atmosphere was nice but not somewhere we would go back too.
the place was fairly empty and a short walk from the Convention center. service and food were good!
Hilton hotel restaurant - there was live music and a busy bar scene. Staff was friendly but waitress was all by herself so it took a while to order. Food was ok but chicken was undercooked so she took it off our bill. Best part of the meal were the vegetables which were nicely prepared.
Christmas Day and the place was very busy, very noisy. Seating was just so-so, beside the door facing a wall. Server seemed to be new on the job, or just tired. Little things, like no bread, spilt water.... Husband's filet was "best he has had in a long time". My bone in ribeye was boneless , and only a small part was tender enough to eat. My entire meal was taken off the check but needless to say I left hungry. So hard to rate since my husband's was so good! Cannot really say yes or no to a recommendation!
