A wonderful experience as always at The Gallery!

We stayed at the hotel and ate in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The brunch is fantastic. Dinner was sublime. Highly recommend.

We dined at The Gallery twice during our stay at The Ballantyne Hotel. The first was in-room dining and the second was in the restaurant. Although we ordered the exact meal both days, it was infinitely better the first time via in-room dining! Our meal was hot and flavorful with fantastic service. In the restaurant, the meal was good but not a stand-out. Of mention were the crab cakes and crispy potatoes. The potatoes were especially good with the truff hot sauce. I was less than impressed with the restaurant’s mask mandate. I saw several guests walking around the restaurant to the restroom and bar without wearing a mask.

Wonderful experience. Our server, Doug, is marvelous.

We went Gallery/Ballantyne Hotel for Valentines Day (weekend after). We started off with drinks in the Whiskey Bar and then moved to dining room when it was time for our reservation. We got pork chop and the red snapper and they were both excellent. We got the spicy mac and cheese and brussel sprouts. All delish. We ended up back at the whiskey bar for a night cap after dinner. We drank whiskey and some red cab (which the chilled for us for special request).

Fantastic food, ambiance and service! Try the braised octopus, SO good!

A late Valentine's dinner with my husband, our daughter and her boyfriend. The food was cooked perfectly. Our server was very attentive and helpful. Overall a lovely night.

Great restaurant. The food was superb, however a bit pricey for the serving portions @$125 per person.

Our server was extremely nice. The table beside us that sat after us, got their food before we even got our starter. Then my main course was the incorrect dish. They were apologetic throughout the meal.

Brunch was incredible. Our server, Sandra, was so attentive and knowledgeable. We had the crab cakes, meat and cheese board, chorizo hash, and omelette. They were all delicious. I loved that they had a good selection of cocktails, too. I definitely plan to return.

Came in for an early Valentine’s Day dinner. Everything about the price fixed menu was amazing. Honestly one of the best meals of our lives!

Food was good. Was a bit difficult getting seated as the hostess was fielding questions on a call and didn’t acknowledge us standing there for ~10 minutes nor politely ask the people on the phone to hold for a min. Finally someone else came by and sat us. Service otherwise was good. Food came out a bit too quickly though.

Everything about the restaurant was great except the food. There is so much I can say but would suggest changing to entire menu.

Great way to celebrate a special occasion. Had a really nice lunch for my son's birthday.

Great brunch. Service was outstanding. Lacked ambiance.

Unfortunately our food was mediocre. Our server did wear a mask but constantly touched it to pull it up over his nose. Without our consent, a 25% gratuity was added to our prix fixe bill which was already $95.00 per person. The salads were skimpy-maybe 2 bites total of lettuce. Our entrees were very disappointing. Dessert was good. We have eaten here in the past and the food was excellent. After our last meal here we will not return or recommend. Way overpriced for the meal we had.

Overal the food was good, we appreciated the extra pastries in the beginning. However, the chicken and waffles were a disappointment. I wish we were aware it was all dark meat because it almost didn’t look cooked so we didn’t eat much of it. The eggs Benedict were also a little undercooked for my liking.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. Food and service are always excellent. One nice feature is that water is brought as soon as you sit down. One thing that is a bit frustrating is that no one answers the phone. I called to say we were going to be late for our reservation and only got a recording. Otherwise all staff were friendly and accommadating.

Had a great brunch at Gallery. Was extremely pleased with the COVID precautions. Everyone was properly spaced out and all staff were very respectful. The pacing of the food was great. The server was attentive without being obtrusive. We started with the Late Harvest Chowder which was very good. My wife had the French Toast which she loved. The portion was huge!! I had the Crab Cake Benedict which was perfect. The fingerling potatoes served with it were also great. We were also served a complimentary pastry basket which was a big hit - especially the mini chocolate croissants.
Will definitely be back!

We totally enjoyed our lunch at The Gallery. The restaurant is very beautiful and so clean. The ambiance was lovely. We very much enjoyed the food though somewhat pricey it was delicious. Our server was exceptional as well as everyone else that works there.

As always, The Gallery continues to be a great place for a business lunch. The service, menu and quality of food are always just right for the occasion. Thank you.

Phenomenal food, quiet atmosphere

Took a friend for birthday breakfast, and it was delightful. Food was delicious, service spot on and covid safety precautions were evident. I had french toast made with a orange cream cheese topped with cranberries. Thumbs up! My friend had vegetable breakfast hash and loved it! Look forward to return visit.

What an amazing experience! We dined at the Gallery at the end of our wedding day, and our server gave us the royal treatment. So kind, so friendly, so informative. And the food was divine! We way over-ordered because we didn't see that the steak came with potatoes and thought the side dishes would serve one person as opposed to four, so we ended up with some of the tastiest leftovers. Also worth noting that the bartender makes one of the best Manhattans we've ever had. We'll definitely be coming back!

Service was excellent. Most of the dishes were really good. A couple were just ok. Would certainly return. Has a very nice time overall.

My husband and I were looking for a place that paired excellent seasonal food with wine. I enjoyed the scallops and lentils but my favorite part of my meal was the creamy turnips which was paired with an excellent Chardonnay. My husband was pleased with his wine and the bison short ribs which had a fruity and rich flavor. Our desserts were equally pleasing as seasonal delights with apples and pumpkin.

Delicious lunch in a lovely environment. Not stuffy at all. Service was good.

I took Hubby to brunch here for his birthday. After 7 months of shorts and sweat pants, we wanted to dress up a little. I included that it was his bday on the reservation. From the time we arrived until we left the service was excellent and he was wished happy bday from each staff person that interacted with us. We ordered the flapjacks and daily french toast. They were both perfect. The spiced pears were baked into the thickest french toast I've ever eaten and topped with tasty granola. The chicken sausage was nicely seasoned and the cheese grits stole the show! They were the best grits I have ever eaten - full of butter and cheese. Larkrisha was our server and she took the absolute best care of us, gave us great insight on dishes, and was the perfect ray of sunshine to top off our experience. We finished the visit by taking beautiful pictures in front of the huge window and chandelier outside.
