Poor service; 30 minutes before our drink order was taken, one hour before food arrived. Wait staff seemed to ignore us, had to flag her down to order and pay. Heard great things about this place but left disappointed.

We had the chicken and carrots. The carrots were to die for! Really delicious. The chicken was also very tasty. Highly recommend both items. It served 2 women with no leftovers, regrettably, because we had no room for dessert.

Had one the pork chop dinner and risotto. Risotto was very good. Pork chop was overcooked and had difficulty cutting it. Ate it anyway since hungry but it was a poor offering and told our server to advise the chef that it was not good at all. Did not ask for meal to be comped since we ate it but am reluctant to go back for a dinner. Cannot comment on brunch offerings and may try them sometime.

Had to wait a long time to be served. And had to wait even longer for our food. Five in my party. One person had to wait 10 minutes to get their food after everyone else. The food was not with the wait.

Went to SoBro location! Casual in a good way. Fritters for starters both savory and sweet are outstanding and a must order! Definitely recommend frequenting this place. Desserts are all amazing but may consider substituting for an almond croissant

We were very excited to dine at the new location after being fans of the previous location. We walked in to the hostess stand around the same time as another two top. We had a reservation. They did not. They definitely got a better table. I had to sit up against the front window and about thigh to thigh with the table crammed in by us. Bummer for sure. It was definitely uncomfortable. Food was fine. Got the grilled cheeae and soup and it was good. Got the sweet fritters and they were good. It seemed like we were on the tail end of a rush so our food definitely took a while. Overall it was just fine. I've had some unbelievable meals at Gallery and this wasn't one. I appreciate that the choice to move comes with pros and cons. I'd be open to try their other locations but I'm not motivated to go back to this new location. Good news is they aren't hurting for business so those of us who can't let it go and accept change can go to Root and Bone or try another of their locations.

First, The service was incredibly slow, and after our waitress took our order she never came back to check on us and see how our food came out. I really wish she would have because I ordered the tomato burrata bowl and it came out completely wrong. Second, the meal that came out incorrectly was missing two key ingredients- Spinach for the salad, and pesto as the topping. So essentially they brought me a bowl of corn with some tomatoes and a big blob of burrata cheese. When I was finally able to flag down the waitress, I questioned if the meal was right and she agreed that it wasn’t. So she went to speak to her manager to try and reconcile the matter which resulted in bringing me a cup of pesto to-go and taking only $5 off my meal $22 meal of corn, cheese, and tomato. Third, they were out of everything. My husband tried to order a beer and they were out of all their beers. Not just one type of beer, all the beer. Next, he ordered fries as his side and they were all out of fries. Fries and beer seem like two staples that a restaurant should keep stocked. Fourth, and on a lighter note, the wine was pretty good. It is very unlikely that we will be going here again, which is unfortunate because the ambiance and restaurant are so cute, but the service and food are not worth the time or money.

My second time dining at the new location. Made a reservation with friends who had never been there before to have dinner and was excited to introduce two other couples to this little gem. Our waitress was… well…. “spacey” would be kind. Possibly untrained or just disinterested. Very friendly though! Long delays getting cocktails. Long delay getting food and then three entrées came out first followed 10 minutes later by the other two entrées. Savory crêpes were good. Brunch carbonara was just OK, lovely pasta but underseasoned. As we completed our meals, Our waitress told us she would put our checks together and walked away, before we even had a chance to order some of their amazing looking desserts! Fortunately, a nice lady at the pastry counter was able to assist us. When the waitress did bring our desserts, she nestled them in between all of our dirty dinner plates and silverware (!), so I got up and bused the table myself. What an odd experience. I’m hoping it’s just an off night because I really love this place!

Our server was great. Vary hot and stuffy in the dining room even after asking to turn up sc. fruit flies-2- kept bothering us. Very little spinach dip with croissants.

Not nearly as good as our experiences at your restaurant off 54th. When the salad came out with unripened plum tomatoes, we all knew that you are not yet ready for prime time. As with G, the noise level is far from exuberant, it is uncomfortably loud. We happen to like to have a conversation when eating out. Our server was nice, but you kitchen is way too slow with preparation.

Love coming here! The menu has such a variety and and the food is always prepared well. This was my first time to the new location on College. I ordered the carbonara and it was prepared well and was super flavorful. I did end up waiting for my food for an hour and half which is just way too long. We were told after we ordered the kitchen was running behind, but I didn’t think it would be that long to receive food. A nice server kept checking in on our food and made sure we did receive it before having to leave for an appointment. It’s always very loud in there so just be warned if you might be going with someone who is hard of hearing.

Arrived for our reservation and the table was not ready. An additional 15 minute wait was suggested, but then they were able to seat us at the counter instead - which seemed nice to have a view of the kitchen. Love the new decor, but overall it feels very cramped as far as the seating. Our waitress came over to take our drink and food order after sitting for 20 minutes. Our food order took nearly two hours to arrive!! It was honestly very telling to sit at the counter and see the disorganization happening in the kitchen. The tickets were all hand written despite the waiters using Toast machines. What year is it? Hot food continued to sit in the window with no one running service with a sense of urgency. It was a mess as they were clearly overwhelmed and lost. After just over an hour - we asked for an update and she had no idea. She finally located our ticket, noting that we were seventh and that they were extremely behind. Instead of offering us a comped order of bread or something due to our extremely long wait - she asked if we wanted to order anything else? We proceeded to order pastries to hold us over. After nearly an hour and 45 minutes we were both just simply ready to leave, but our ticket was up next. The food arrived, and it was average at best. We won’t be back until they figure out a solid menu and game plan to tackle busy weekend service.

My favorite brunch spot when they were at the previous location. Now, ownership has lost all perspective on why people choose to dine with them. Hey, let’s pack people in like sardines so they can sit 2’ apart and have a memorable dining experience. Let’s move into a big new space and not be able to staff properly so we can tell them we can’t seat you because kitchen staff can’t handle it. Very disappointing and never going again. Go Root&Bone next door fortunately.

Our server while pleasant was completely incompetent. Took forever to get anything, she never checked in on us, set drinks for 2 on the far end of the picnic table - we actually had to get up to get them! No engery, no smile, no personality at all and completely in over her head. Anyone doing training of any kind here?
