We went for Xmas Dinner on the 25th of December, we had a fantastic experience. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The food was outstanding, one of the best Xmas dinners I ever had. We also went last year for Xmas Dinner. Can't wait to go back in 2025!!

Perfect Christmas dinner experience. The food was delicious and plentiful (oh yes!) and the staff were attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend

The food was delicious! We had perfectly tender Sunday roast beef with sweet parsnips and carrots and fantastic mash. Lovely wine. Very sweet young waiter. Only problem was that there was nobody at all in the restaurant when we arrived, so lacking in atmosphere! It is a shame these chefs are cooking such brilliant food for no customers- would be good idea to do some promotions to get people in.

Firstly, the menu (even though it was a Sunday) was limited. After having ordered our drinks, we were told there was no Coke-cola left, surprise to say the least, After placing our order, we were told there was actually no soup left and what was stated on the menu had to be changed. At this point I was debating paying for our drink and leaving, but thought I would give it a go. We weee left hugely disappointed as this venue was our wedding venue and it was tradition to go every year. Sadly I will not be back. Too much incompetence is one sitting and a bill of £75 was well overpriced for the service and food we received.

The food was good, but the service was terrible. Inexperienced waiters had no idea about the dishes served. When questioned about a wine that was served that tasted strande, the answer was simply "That is the wine you asked for".
