   We first ate at Boxty House on our 1st trip to Ireland in 2016 and swore we would dine there again given the chance. Well we were lucky enough to dine there last night. Just as good as last time if not better. Wonderful relaxed atmosphere with exceptional service. Big thank you to our waitress Iseult who made us feel so welcome as she recommended dishes and we shared stories of Australia as her daughter lives in Western Australia. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced . If you find yourself in the Temple Bar region of Dublin do yourself a big favour and dine at Boxty House. You will not regret it. Highly recommend.

   Wonderful food, excellent drinks, wonderful service, and nice ambiance!!! The pan-fried cod, chicken boxty, and fish and chips were all perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious!!!

   Everything was so delicious! I really enjoyed the Beef & Stout stew. I really liked both vodka cocktails (Debbie Doesn’t Like it & Sweet But Psycho) and they had a great deal - 2 for €25. Our server Oogee was attentive & let us know when we were getting the best dishes on the menu. We were sat next to the bathroom, which would’ve been fine, but it was very busy! There was a constant stream of people coming in and out throughout our dinner. Our reservation was at 18:30 and we left around 20:15, just when lots of people started coming in. Highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time. 9/10 would come again!

   We had a lovely meal at Gallagher's. They certainly care about the food, the drink, the service and you. We arrived very early for our reservation and took a chance they could seat us and the host was gracious enough to accommodate us. Our server, Ulas, was wonderful. He was working behind the bar as well as our server. We started with cocktails. Summer Breeze, The 1988, the Apple Whiskey Martini. All well crafted and delicious. We ordered fried pickles and the breadboard . We loved it all. The pickles were real pickles. The bread, omgosh the bread. Three different kinds all delicious. We then ordered a chicken boxty, and two corned beef. All were delicious. We wanted dessert but we're too full and just couldn't do it. The care the kitchen takes to serve good food is evident and the front of house staff are caring and friendly. Thank you Gallagher's.

   We had a fantastic meal (Gaelic Boxty, Beef Stew, and a side of out-of-this-world boxty fries), accompanied by a flight of their own beer. Did I mention the 3 different home made breads? Our server, Ulas, was fabulous. Very happy to answer our questions, made excellent suggestions, and made us feel so welcome! A great dinner experience in Dublin!
