Went for pre playoff game dinner and it was incredibly loud with music. Playoff games were playing but no sound. I am certain most everyone would have preferred listening to the game.

The place had a really upscale feel to it for somewhere that is reasonably priced. My wife and I had two cocktails an appetizer and two entrees for around 140 before tip. The food was descent. We both has steak. I had the filet and she had the steak frites. The steak was a bit over seasoned for me. Just really salty but had great texture. Service was the only part that wasn’t great. We did get our first drinks and appetizer fairly quickly. I finished mine in about 20 minutes and didn’t receive another drink until right before we left. The bartender also refused to make a drink for me that I ordered because the server was using the wrong martini glasses (have no idea what that means?). All in all descent. Few issues here and there.

Service was very slow. All the food came out at once including the appetizer. Tables are narrow and long. It felt like I was sitting across the ocean from my fiancé. The food was delicious and the price was fair.

Menu was very limited due to bengals Monday night football game and Galla is usually closed on Monday’s. I ordered the Crispy chicken ranch sandwich without the cheese. Came with the cheese on it, so our awesome waitress took it back. Returned burnt and I couldn’t eat it. So back it went and Three times the charm was not in this case. The chicken was crispy, but the crust was too tough to eat. Chicken was dry and there was no ranch dressing on it. Had to ask for extra ranch just to dip the whole sandwich in so I could eat it. I will say that their fries are awesome. We usually eat at Galla before every home game, but will probably not eat here again.

Went here before a Bengals game. There was a limited, somewhat uninspired menu, and the music was jarringly loud. Perhaps the price was reasonable for The Banks, but I've had much better dining experiences in this area and would not go back to this place.

I had some friends in from out of town for the New Year. Bringing them here was embarrassing. Galla knew we had a seafood allergy at the table yet when i called no one mentioned to me the condensed menu with mostly seafood options. The food was very mediocre. when the food was brought to the table we all looked at each other like this cannot really be it… but it was. I asked for just a steak instead of the surf and turf and they really tried to charge me for the entire surf and turf. when i said something they took $8 off. so $35 for a steak that would have been better from texas roadhouse. the drinks we ordered were watered down. after dinner we were all more sober than when we came in. food-trash, service- trash dj- trash. we only stayed bc we paid $50 a ticket to be there. all my friends looked at me like did you really bring us here… we sat at our table for 45 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. if you dont know what bottle service is youd think this place is nice. but if youve been literally anywhere else youd know this place is trash

I love this place and I have brought many people here. I do have to say that it is MUCH TOO LOUD AT 5:30. I understand you need that later ok in the evening but not for a dinner in the early evening. Every person I have brought has complained about that. I may have to stop bringing people. TOOOOOOO LOUD

Went for Sunday pregame brunch. Would not come back. Food was too greasy and tasted 'fine' enough. Bloody Mary took half an hour, appetizer (avoid the fried deviled eggs!) took 45. The menu is 10 items, how does anything take more than 15 minutes? Service poor, food was poor as well. We talked with locals afterward and they mentioned that place has gone downhill in past few years. Avoid this one

They took a reservation for 3 at 6:15 and then asked us to leave an hour later because they booked a private event. My friends and I ordered appetizers and multiple drinks as well as a bottle of wine and entrees but were rushed out. The fried devil eggs were delicious and the steak was perfectly cooked. Too bad I couldn’t finish it

Our waitress was absolutely amazing and that may allow us to try one more time. Unfortunately, we went in there about two hours before the Bengals game. We had reservations, but after waiting over an hour for our food, and finding out our ticket was still towards the back end of their orders, we had to skip lunch and leave for the game. However, as I mentioned, because the waitress was so kind and attentive we may try again.

Our server was rude and after taking our order we did not see her. My order was brought out wrong and we had to track down another server to get it fixed. 2 other servers were nice and helpful but our main server was not present and had to be tracked down to finally pay.

We were there for a birthday with two parties of seven and they were pretty empty but very accommodating for it. The only problem is I think they have a low amount of wait staff, so our waitress wasn’t able to stop by often and some of the items were forgotten. One particular person never received their meal, they had to ask separate staff member, and it probably was the easiest meal to make because it was a salad add grilled chicken to it- and they didn’t offer to comp-it or anything.
