Galiachef Bistrot, es un restaurante de cocina francesa ubicado en una de las colonias más cosmopolitas de la Ciudad de México, La Roma. La cocina está a cargo del chef francés, Emmanuel Chabre, miembro de L’Académie Culinaire de France, que presenta un menú con platillos de gran tradición en la cocina gala y que son servidos con ingredientes locales, orgánicos y de estación. Para acompañarlos, encuentra un wine bar con más de 50 opciones de vinos franceses y mexicanos, cidras francesas y cervezas artesanales, ideales para maridar los platos y disfrutar de una experiencia gastronómica.
Descubre los clásicos de la cocina francesa como: el confit de pato, ratatouille, deliciosas baguettes, tablas de quesos franceses y carnes frías; postres como crème brûlée, praline, tarte tatin, entre otros. Visitamos este restaurante de comida francesa para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hija y la experiencia fue, en general, excelente. Desde el inicio, el ambiente tranquilo y acogedor nos permitió disfrutar la velada con calma, en un entorno ideal para una ocasión especial. La comida fue de altísimo nivel: sabores auténticos, cuidadosa presentación y una ejecución impecable en cada platillo que probamos. Aunque el primer plato que pedí inicialmente ya no estaba disponible, la recomendación alternativa fue deliciosa y cumplió con creces. El servicio fue otro punto fuerte. Tanto los meseros como el gerente se mostraron atentos, amables y genuinamente interesados en que todo saliera perfecto. Como detalle especial por el cumpleaños de mi hija, nos ofrecieron una copa de vino y un postre de cortesía, gesto que realmente marcó la diferencia y elevó aún más la experiencia. En cuanto a la relación precio-calidad, me pareció justa. Lo que se paga se refleja en la calidad de los ingredientes, el servicio y el cuidado en cada detalle. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveremos y que recomendaría ampliamente para quienes buscan cocina francesa auténtica con un servicio de primera.

Wow this place is great! Really impressed with the quality of the food, everything was awesome. The owner is super friendly and the service is excellent. We had the beef bourguignon, salmon confit, goat cheese salad, fois gras and french onion soup. Everything was fantastic and very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back.

Nos encantó todo lo que pedimos, el menú cuenta con opciones de comida francesa para todos los gustos; todos quedamos encantados!!!! La atención y el ambiente es muy agradable y se siente un ambiente familiar, sin duda regresaremos muy pronto.
