I can't say enough about this place! It is my absolute favorite restaurant on the north west side of Chicago. They are the best ribs, hands-down I love the addition of the live ukulele player on the weekends as we are always looking for somewhere with music and it's difficult to find in the neighborhood.

Our server was an older women, forgot her name but she was very kind and sweet. Guy who greeted us at the entrance and seated us was nice and told him these were the best ribs I’ve had in the city! Will definitely be back

I first ate there about 25 years ago and loved it. Now my wife and boys love it too. Timeless, delicious food.

We were meeting friends for dinner and wanted a restaurant 'in the middle' so everyone only had to drive half way. We selected Gale Street Inn based on reviews and we weren't disappointed. The ribs were delicious and the service was good.

George greeted mom; my nephew, Matt and I. He took us to our table. Ann was our server & was very efficient. The food was okay for me. My nephew thought the ribs were AWEsome. I had the Mahi Mahi special; my nephew, the half rack with twice baked potato + coleslaw; my mom, half rack shrimp combo & a baked sweet potato. For dessert, my nephew had a slice of carrot cake; and, I had the Greek yogurt mousse w/ pistachio/honey.

Came for my birthday with the family and it was just an outstanding time and the food was even more outstanding. Thank you for a great experience and Ann our waitress was superb. Thank you, James Sullivan Jr.

It has always been a great neighborhood joint and having been away for a while we were pleasantly surprised that it is still a great neighborhood joint. The Oyster Rockefeller must have.
