I have rated the restaurant poor in every category because on arrival it was shut and currently being refurbished. Can someone tell me how I can book a restaurant which is shut and receive email confirmation of my booking as well as an email for feedback from Open Table???? There is obviously an issue with this booking system which should be addressed asap as this spoilt our evening. Mike Chivers

Booked here, to get to restaurant and find it's closed fr refurbishment, very dissapointing, is open table not up to date with restaurants!!

Booked, had confirmation email asked again the day before if we were still coming which I replied yes to get there and find it closed, so thank you very much for ruining my birthday thank you for the waste in 3 cars worth of petrol and thank you for wasting £6 for a car park ticket so again thank you for wasting my money and time and ruining my birthday thanks a lot

I would love to review my booking for a special fathers day meal but when we arrived at 5pm we found the restaurant closed with a sign on the door saying closed for refurbishment. There were quite a few angry people outside. They were checking the online page which said the restaurant was open. We phoned them but the messages were full. They had our phone number and could have let us know but didn't. Very very poor customer service.
