   Loved our meal. It was a rainy night and the aircon was on a little cold as it swept down my back a lot, but the great food made up for any discomfort. Nice cup of tea on the house at the end made it worthwhile. We had the lamb and shared it. Was really good. Will definitely be back.

   Loved it here. Food is SUPER delicious and had good recommendations from the staff. Would definitely eat here again.

   We had a great night at Gaja by Sashi. The food was really varied and tasty with something for everyone. The cocktails were a highlight and the service was very attentive. We have been telling everyone about it.

   The best vegetarian food I have ever tasted! Will definitely be back for the Aloo Chop and the Thai yellow pumpkin curry!

   Overall our food was delicious and the service was great but the noise level is way off the scale and made it hard to hear the waiting staff let alone our table guests. Tables for 5 and 6 people is really only for 4. There is no way anyone can sit comfortably at each end there is a massive metal bar in the way. We weren't expecting to sit on bar stools for a meal out.

   Curries and roti were delicious, but all other dishes (some small plates and sides) were a bit disappointing. Service was fantastic. We were seated on high stools with no back rest, so that was a bit uncomfortable.

   I am sayin No purely based on a bad first experience but will to put aside a second time only to experience the same issues, being- mix up with booking times (after receiving confirmations) long wait times to get a first drink, waiting staff, lack of knowledge of menu items. Wine bottles being put on floor. Such a waste to spend so much money on fitting out a venue but not invest in training if staff.

   The otak otak was really delicious however one serve of otak otak at $24 is over priced. The cauliflower side was nice but found the yogurt a little too sour for my personal taste. My friends loved the duck and beef curry and said the taste, quantity and price were perfect. The eggplant dish as a salad however was a miss for my friends. Long term, will be great if lunchtime specials were made available to ensure people return after visiting Gaja for the first time.

    Besides the deck chairs, amazing night. Food was phenomenal and plentiful. Not a bad dish. Staff were lovely and attentive when needed. Will definitely be back.
